Meet Ozzy, a big, fluffy sweetheart with a playful spirit and a whole lot of love to give.  Ozzy is a one-year-old silver tabby with a soft, luxurious coat that hints at his Persian roots. He may need a few days to settle into a new home, especially after all the recent changes in his life, but once he feels safe, his true personality shines. He is sweet, a little silly, and wonderfully social, with a charming habit of “talking” to you when he wants attention. This boy has serious lap cat potential. He loves being close to his people, whether that means curling up beside you, getting carried around, or soaking up a good brushing session. He is affectionate and interactive, always happy to be part of whatever you are doing. If you are looking for a companion who will follow you around and keep you company, Ozzy is your guy. Ozzy enjoys a relaxed lifestyle with a mix of lounging and play. He likes to climb, explore, and bat around just about any toy, though he is not too interested in wand toys. When it is time to rest, you will likely find him tucked into a cozy cat cave or stretched out somewhere comfy, purring contentedly. He is also quite food motivated and especially loves Churu treats. Mealtime is one of his favorite social activities, and he may even try to sneak a bite from others if given the chance. Because of his fluffy coat, he will need regular grooming, including occasional sani shaves, to keep him feeling his best. Ozzy gets along well with other cats and would enjoy having a feline friend in his new home. He can be a bit shy at first with new people and very young children, but he warms up quickly with gentle, patient care. A calm, loving environment will help him settle in and thrive.
