Persian kittens & cats in Norfolk, Virginia

Ebby is most likely originally a runaway or was abandoned in a complex in Norfolk, friends of mine took him in. When she moved she needed someone else to take him temporarily. I did so, however I am unable to keep him because we are moving to Japan. He is a sweet shy guy and he has been great with the children in the house and a few younger kids too. I think toddlers are going to terrify him though. Very talkative and curious, he likes to be in windows he will come with a new window bed for his new home. Speaking of which, he will come with everything that I have for him cat tree, litter box and the container system that was built for it, food, shampoo, meds(flea tick worms), food containers, travel box, and treats, and bedding. As we have no other pets. I hate that we can’t take him to Japan but I simply don’t have enough notice to take him. If I can’t find him a home the shelters are all full we don’t know what to do. Please help.
