Don't even ask twice - he's already in the passenger seat.This friendly guy LOVES meeting new people and has done wonderfully with other dogs, including during a two-week slumber party foster at Woof's Play & Stay! He enjoys making friends and would likely thrive in a home that keeps his social calendar nice and full.Cookie is also very smart, and with that intelligence comes a few... special talents. Cookie is what we politely call an "escape artist". If left alone outside, he will absolutely treat the fence like a puzzle that needs solving.
