Buddy was previously cared for by our father who has recently passed away. Unfortunately, no one in the family nor any friends are able to take care of him. As we proceed to sell our fathers home, we need to find a new home for Buddy. He will need someone who is willing to train him as he likes to jump up on people and is not comfortable on a leash. Our father enjoyed Buddy's company and we hope Buddy is able to be someone else's buddy down the road.

I found Domino in my apartments , she was abandoned as a puppy. She was Approximately 10 weeks old at the time. I did try to find a home for her at that time since I already had two other dogs and one was severely ill but no luck and I then just decided to keep her. She is now almost 2 years old and I have had to move a lot due to my living /life situations. I will be moving again next year and know I will not be able to take her with me. She is a high energetic dog and I feels she deserves a home with other dogs her size and someone that could give her more attention.

Bonnie is the kind of dog who will “talk” to you when she wants affection—her way of letting you know she’s ready for love. She’s best described as young at heart, but with an old soul. She enjoys playtime with people and other dogs, yet she’s just as happy being lazy, napping nearby, and enjoying the quiet moments of life. At first, Bonnie may be a little shy when meeting new people, but once she feels comfortable, her sweet and calm personality shines through. She’s crate and potty trained, sits, lay downs, and handshake. She’s also very polite in the home and doesn’t get onto couches or beds unless welcomed - preferring her own spot to relax. Bonnie loves the outdoors, whether that’s lying in the grass or chasing a ball (though she usually decides three throws is plenty!). She doesn’t need a huge yard, just enough room to lounge and sniff around. She has a laid-back, low-energy temperament but still gets the occasional zoomies after mealtime or a fun play session. This sweet Shepherd mix Tripod was named after the Jobi brand of camera tripods!She was found as a stray back in June with an old injury to her front leg, which had to be amputated. Doc also suspected some sort of previous head trauma at some point, as part of her skull is sunken in and one of her eyes was partially affected, but she`s made a ton of improvement since coming into our care! She is not visually impaired and has no current medical/health issues.She is about 8 months old and weighs about 45 lbs. Jobi is a love with a way of looking at you with those big blue semi-crossed eyes - as if you and the second image of you are the greatest two people ever! ?? She’s crate-trained and potty-trained and super friendly with all animals. She prefers people - but has been cat tested, bunny tested and parrot tested. She really only wants to get back to the people. Jobi is super friendly and will play with every dog at her foster mom’s right now from 3 lbs of chihuahua to 80 lbs of golden! Her idea of fun is chasing down chew toys and bringing them back. She also plays tug and will play with any dog that plays back!And don’t let those 3 legs fool you! She’s faster than the golden and will still hang out on the sofa with the chi! Jobi jumps up on the sofa and bed with ease, when invited. She’s also learning stairs. They have been a little tougher!She also has a fierce bark - but a quick shake of your head and she stops. She would scare anyone that came in the door! She’s still learning about cuddles. She will lay next to you, but won’t touch you just yet. Every so often she puts her paw over towards me - so I know she’s getting more comfortable. She has medium to high energy, loves to play, and knows basic commands like `sit.` No guarding issues and she doesn’t suffer from separation anxiety. We are working on bathing and she’s so much better!Jobi the tripod is perfectly imperfect. But aren’t we all?Jobi is in Houston, TX but is available to transport out of state!
