Story
I picked up Mayday at Williamson County Animal Shelter on labor day this year. She immediately wanted to be in my lap all the time. She is the best cuddle bug and loves nothing more than relaxing on the couch with you. She is heartworm positive and I was told this when I got her. I have completed the first injection and have the next two injections scheduled in January with Emancipets. The cost is covered by Williamson County Shelter. She is amazing with adults and my calm daughter. She does not do well with my boys, who are very loud and rambunctious. She chases them around, barking at them, and prevents them from getting on the couch. She has recently started growling at them. She is the perfect dog for someone with older children or no children. She learns super fast and listens really well.

Story
Looking for a loving home for our wonderful dog, Bella. Bella is a beautiful 3-year-old Husky and Golden Retriever mix, moderate/high energy, housebroken, responsive to training approximately 50lbs, spayed and up-to-date on all vaccinations. She’s in excellent health and has a sweet, gentle temperament. Shes also great with dogs, cats and bigger kids (5 yrs plus.) Bella is a mostly white, medium-haired girl with beautiful hints of apricot coloring throughout her fur, with one blue eye and one olive green eye.  Unfortunately, as our baby has recently started walking, we’ve encountered an unexpected safety issue. Despite Bella’s sweet nature, she’s inadvertently been knocking our little one year old over, causing a few bumps and falls. We’re deeply concerned for our child’s safety, and we know Bella deserves a home where this won’t be an issue. Bella truly is a gorgeous and loving companion, and we believe she’ll thrive in a home that can fully embrace her playful energy.
