Lucky is a handsome, approximately 6-month-old Black Mouth Cur/Kelpie mix weighing around 30 pounds. With his sweet personality and gentle nature, he truly lives up to his name! Lucky is currently thriving in a foster home with toddlers, and other dogs, and he gets along beautifully with everyone. He's incredibly gentle with children, affectionate, and absolutely loves snuggles and hugs. This happy boy is just as content relaxing inside the house as he is exploring outdoors. He's almost completely potty trained, has wonderful house manners for a puppy, and is eager to please. Story
Kali is a purebred German Shepherd, almost five years old, with a big heart and lots of energy. She loves to play, run, and be around people. We adopted her when we had a large home in New York, but after relocating to Texas and moving into an apartment—along with welcoming a new baby—we no longer have the space or time to give her the active lifestyle she deserves. We are also moving and the landlord does not allow her breed. Please know Kali has no training outside of being potty trained and simple commands such as “sit” or “off”. She would greatly benefit from someone who has the time to train her properly. She tends to pull when walking her and will bark at others on walks because she wants to play. For this reason we have a hard time taking her places like to restaurants or dog friendly places. She’s not aggressive at all but she lacks proper training. I do believe more exposure to walks and dog friendly places would make her better over time.

Story
Siobhan is an incredibly goofy girl. She loves to run to the couch and flip before she sits down. That’s being said, she’s also pretty lazy. She does a flip and then is content to snooze. She is an amazingly smart dog. She takes to training very well and could learn just about anything if you can devote the time to teaching her.Siobhan is also incredibly affectionate. She loves snuggling on the couch, belly rubs, and she gives a lot of kisses. She has been living with her sister, Sinead, her whole life and gets along very well with her. That being said, she does have a bit of a jealous streak. Siobhan wants to be your number one, and would be happiest as an only pet. She has not been socialized to other dogs. She is NOT good with cats.We are heartbroken to have to rehome her. Our schedules simply don’t allow us to devote the deserved and needed attention to the girls (Sinead is also available.) I can’t live with the idea of them being crated so often. Please reach out with questions.

Story
Hi I'm Big Chief and I'd love for you to read what my foster wrote about me. When Big Chief first arrived in our home, he was absolutely terrified 💔. After spending years surviving as a stray, he believed the safest thing to do was stay hidden. He tucked himself away in a bedroom, only sneaking out when he truly had to. New people, unfamiliar noises, my husband, my son—everything felt scary to him. But that’s not who Big Chief is anymore 🌟🐾 Over time, we’ve had the privilege of watching this gentle soul slowly begin to trust the world again. Day by day, he’s started stepping out of the shadows and into family life. Now, he joins us around the house, seeks out affection, and enjoys simply being near the people he trusts 💕. Watching his confidence grow—one brave little step at a time—has been incredibly special. Big Chief absolutely thrives with other animals 🐶🐱. He lives beautifully with both dogs and cats and takes a lot of comfort from their presence. One of his favorite things in the world is walking alongside his canine foster brother, who has helped teach him how to relax and “just be a dog” 🌳🐕. Because of this, we truly believe he would do best in a home with another calm, friendly pet to help continue building his confidence. This handsome boy is: ✔️ Completely house-trained 🚽 ✔️ Low-energy and easygoing 💤 ✔️ Wonderful with dogs and cats 🐾 ✔️ Happy with a calm, predictable routine 🏡 Big Chief doesn’t need a busy or adventurous life—he just needs a safe and loving one 💛. He’s still a timid dog, but what makes him so remarkable is how hard he’s trying. Every new bit of trust, every quiet cuddle, every moment he chooses connection over fear feels deeply meaningful. He may not be the dog who runs into your arms on the first day. But Big Chief is the kind of dog who, with patience, kindness, and love, will slowly choose you—and that bond is truly priceless ✨. Even his appearance reflects his transformation: his once-neglected coat is growing back soft and golden, just like the warmth and safety he’s finally beginning to feel inside ☀️🐶. Big Chief is looking for a calm home, patient humans, and ideally a furry companion to help guide him as he continues learning that the world can be kind 💕
