Young, playful, love able female dog. Found in an open field. Recently got up to date on shots and spayed. She loves to play fetch, go on car rides and cuddles. Not a barker. Very friendly with everyone and dogs. Looking for a stable home that will love and care for her.

Story
Winston is a Pit-Lab mix that we rescued back in 2019. We think he is around 6 years old and is full of energy. He is a very loving dog and very smart but we can’t give him the attention he needs and deserves. We recently welcomed our first baby and Winston has become much more of a handful than we can manage now. He gets bored easily and tends to get mischievous without attention. He’s also become jealous of the new baby which has made us wary. While he has been our baby for the past 6 years we have to do what is best for our son and growing family. Generally, Winston is great with adults, older kids, and other dogs, but he is not good with cats and young toddlers or babies. Winston needs an owner who is able to spend the time to exercise and socialize him on a regular basis. He loves running, hiking, playing fetch & snuggles on the couch. He has been an amazing member of our family and we hope to find his forever home!

Sydney is being fostered in a loving home in San Antonio, TX, where she gets along beautifully with her German Shepherd foster sister. Sydney walks beautifully on a leash and makes an excellent walking buddy for those who enjoy quiet neighborhood strolls. However, her true happy place is outside—she absolutely thrives in a yard where she can explore, relax, and enjoy nature. A home with outdoor space is a must for this sweet girl. Potty trained and polite, Sydney is well-mannered around the house. She's a little shy when meeting new people or visiting unfamiliar places, so she’ll need a patient and loving family willing to give her time to settle in. Once she trusts you, she’ll show you her soft, affectionate side and soak up every bit of attention you're willing to give. Sydney is also a cozy cuddle buddy—she loves curling up next to you on the couch for some quiet bonding time. While she’s not a fan of car rides, Sydney is happy living the homebody life. She’s currently looking for a foster or adopter in Central Texas who can offer her the calm, consistent environment she deserves. My dog Maya is my furry Velcro BFF, as charactered by my daughter Tracy. I am considering adoption by another for her because I have been diagnosed with metastasized prostatic cancer of stage as yet to be determined. I am going to the Mayo Clinic next week for detailed diagnosis and treatment. Should I not survive or return home unable to properly care for Maya, my daughter Tracy will assume responsibility for Maya’s readoption.
