Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! Rescue mama has had 3 live into their 20's. One was 8 weeks old. ESTRELLADO was saved by an independent rescuer back in late 2017. He was a tiny kitten. Well fast forward to over a year ago, the lady was killed by a drunk driver. We were asked to help with her rescues and to our dismay, her house was a horrific hoarding case. We pulled 55 cats that were still alive. Our rescue took 26 of those cats into out rescue. The VOLUNTEERS are only there in the evening for 3 hours so please call the PetSmart location, email us or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3-hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability and store hours. STUART and his siblings (SKY & SAWYER) was saved by an independent rescuer. They came from a mom at a colony in the area South Los Angeles, California. Once the kittens were stable, the rescuer reached out to us. And now they are with our rescue. He is now ready for his FUREVER home! Meet STUART, a teen with a heart full of adventure. STUART is a curious soul, always on the lookout for new mysteries to unravel. His playful antics are a source of endless amusement, yet he has a mellow side that loves quiet moments. TEDDY and his sister PHOEBE were saved in El Segundo, California. Our independent trapper friend called saved the 2 young kittens stuck under a large truck container. Fast forward to a few months back, the rescue that was suppose to take them fell through. So she called us. And we are so glad she did. Meet TEDDY, the epitome of youthful exuberance.
