Ziggy does well with dogs and kids who can respect his space when he needs it.This stunning boy has a condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia, often called wobbly cat syndrome. CH is a non-progressive neurological condition that simply means his cerebellum didnt fully develop. The result? A signature wobble that makes everything he does extra cute!
