Meet George! George is a male black and white kitty and approximately 1 year old. George came in from Kentucky as part of a feral cat colony when he ended up struggling with botulism toxicity. Fortunately, we were able to push hard and save his life! Once George gets to know you, he will absolutely love you. And he'll make sure that he gets the attention from you that he knows he deserves. We feel like he will do best in a quiet home and would also do well with other cat loving cats. All HART kittens and cats are vet checked, combo tested, spayed or neutered, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and on flea and tick preventative. If you are interested in any of our kitties, you must complete an online cat adoption application available at www.rescueahart.org/adopt/cat-application. The application will put you in touch with a HART volunteer.

Meet Ghost, a sweet and gentle 1-year-old kitty who came into foster care when another foster needed help caring for him and his sister. Ghost may be a little shy at first, but once he warms up, he’s incredibly affectionate and eager for love. Every time I walk into the cat room, he jumps up on my legs, asking for pets and attention. While he’s not a fan of being picked up, he absolutely enjoys curling up next to you on the couch for a cozy cuddle. He can be a bit of a challenge to get into a carrier (we’re working on that!), so a patient adopter or alternative transport method will go a long way. Ghost gets along wonderfully with other cats and kittens. We’re not sure how he feels about dogs, but a calm, respectful pup would likely be a good match. He loves his morning wet food and doesn’t mind sharing with his foster siblings. When he’s not playing, you’ll often find him lounging peacefully on one of the cozy cat beds. Ghost is ready for a calm, loving home where he can feel safe, loved, and spoiled. Could he be the perfect new addition to your family?
