Pixiebob kittens & cats in Collingwood, Ontario

Pike is a gorgeous, highly energetic 11-month-old teenage cat who we originally adopted from the local humane society. He has a wonderfully sweet, affectionate side when he is tired and loves to curl up for a good nap. He is an absolutely incredible, proven hunter—he recently cleared our house of both a mouse and an indoor bat!Because of his elite hunting instincts, Pike has an extremely high predatory drive. He treats our moving legs and feet like play targets, which has unfortunately resulted in minor injuries and severe sleep deprivation for our family. He also has a lot of big energy that stresses out our older, quiet resident cat. We love Pike so much, but we have realized that a standard, quiet indoor suburban home is not the right fit for his personality. He is a 'working cat' at heart. He would thrive in an active home with owners who have plenty of time for intense interactive play, or on a hobby farm/rural property where his incredible mousing talents can be put to good use.
