Story
Hi there, I’m Wendy!I’m a sweet and mellow girl in search of a tranquil place to call home. I relish the calm moments in my day, enjoying peaceful naps and quiet company. My dream is sitting by your side while you relax or taking in the world around me through a sunny window. If your home is a peaceful oasis in search of a new companion, I could be the girl for you!My new family should know that I have a history of urinary crystals and inconsistent toileting. Thankfully my friends at GHS worked very hard to assess me and developed a plan that has been very successful! I’m on a special diet and am looking for a family that’s committed to monitoring my health; you should chat with your veterinarian before adopting me! MY IDEAL HOME INVOLVES... CHILDREN: I could be a good match with older, respectful children. OTHER CATS: I could be a good match with another cat after a proper introduction. DOGS: No thank you, I’m not a fan of dogs. SOME OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME... FIRST TIME CAT OWNERS: Potentially, if you have a good understanding of my urinary issues and monitoringACTIVITY LEVEL: Medium.SPECIAL DIET: Yes, I require a urinary-friendly food. If you think I would make a good match for your home, please click the `Adopt Me` button to apply!

Story
Hi there, I’m Ace, and this is my best bud, King!We arrived at GHS pretty afraid, but we’ve been making good progress on our confidence! That said, we are still sensitive little guys. I’m more timid than my bestie King—I’m still learning that hands and people are safe, so I’m still pretty hand-shy, but I enjoy some gentle pets when I’m facing the other way! King is a bit more confident than me and will happily enjoy pets while also enjoying some tasty churu-style treats, but can still be a bit conflicted at times. We are looking for our forever home together, where we can continue to grow our confidence in a calm environment with an understanding family willing to be very patient with us!OUR IDEAL HOME INVOLVES... CHILDREN: Teenagers may be okay, if the home isn’t too rambunctious or loud. OTHER CATS: We could be a good match with another cat after a proper introduction. DOGS: We could be a good match with a dog after a proper introduction. SOME OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT US... FIRST TIME CAT OWNERS: Yes, if you have the experience & lifestyle for timid cats.ACTIVITY LEVEL: Medium-high.If you think we would make a good match for your home, please click the `Adopt Me` button to apply!
