Story
Meet Starfish — a beautiful 3-year-old grey tabby and white lady with a gentle spirit and a thoughtful, observant nature. Starfish is on the shy side and prefers to take her time getting comfortable in new spaces, often choosing a cozy hiding spot where she can quietly watch the world go by. Once she feels safe, Starfish will start to show her sweet side. She’s happy to come out for calm company and enjoys gentle, respectful pets from people she trusts. Those quiet moments of connection are where she truly shines — soft, subtle, and sincere. Starfish is not yet comfortable with being handled extensively, and she can find medical procedures stressful. She’ll need a patient home that understands this and is willing to give her the time and space she needs to build trust at her own pace, without pressure or expectation. With kindness, consistency, and respect for her boundaries, Starfish has every chance to blossom into a deeply rewarding companion. She’s looking for a calm, understanding home where she can feel safe enough to slowly come out of her shell and be loved exactly as she is. Story
Named after Canada's powerful striker, Cyle Larin is a 2-year-old gentleman who has clearly studied his namesake's game tape. Like the soccer star, this handsome boy is physically imposing, strong in the air (especially when treats are involved), and has an impressive finishing ability, particularly when finishing off a bowl of dinner. As part of our unofficial "Canadian Men's National Team Cat Squad," Cyle joins a growing roster of World Cup-inspired felines. While some cats are known for fancy footwork, Cyle prefers a more direct approach: plant himself in the perfect position, win every aerial duel with a feather wand, and confidently convert any opportunity for pets into a guaranteed goal. Cyle's size might make him look like a tough target man, but off the pitch he's all heart. He's looking for a loving home where he can lead the attack on lonely laps, dominate the sofa in the box, and celebrate every meal like it's a World Cup winner. If you're searching for a cat with strength, presence, and a knack for finding the back of the treat cupboard, Cyle Larin is ready for transfer. No agent fees, no international paperwork - just one very good boy waiting to sign for his forever family. Stats: Age: 2 years Position: Centre Forward (of your couch) Strengths: Aerial dominance, finishing ability, cuddles in the final third Weaknesses: May occasionally demand extra stoppage time for snacks Transfer Status: Available now Adopt Cyle today and bring home a true Canadian international. Meet him at our adoption partner, PetSmart. The address is 1779 Stone Church Road East, Stoney Creek. *Please note: we only adopt within Ontario

Story
Just like the tree he's named after, Tamarack is straight and steady, with a quiet strength that shines through in everything he does. This handsome young adult black cat has a calm, stoic nature and takes life at his own pace. While he may seem reserved at first, Tamarack is gentle, friendly, and deeply appreciative of kindness and patience. Tamarack is the kind of cat who bends with life's changes rather than fights them. New situations can make him a little shy, and he feels most comfortable when he has a cozy hiding spot or safe retreat where he can relax and observe the world around him. Once he settles in, his sweet personality begins to emerge. A true lounger at heart, Tamarack enjoys stretching out in a sunny spot, curling up in a soft bed, or quietly keeping you company from a comfortable perch nearby. He doesn't need to be the center of attention - he's happiest simply being part of the household and sharing its peaceful moments. Tamarack would thrive in a home that understands that confidence grows with time. With patience, gentle encouragement, and a few cozy hideaways, he will reward his family with loyal companionship and quiet affection. If you're looking for a thoughtful, resilient companion with a strong spirit and a soft heart, Tamarack may be the perfect addition to your family. Meet him at our adoption partner, PetSmart. The address is 1779 Stone Church Road East, Stoney Creek. *Please note: we only adopt within Ontario
