Mac**. I’ve had him for about eight months after coming across a post on Facebook from someone who needed help with a stray they had trapped. I agreed to take him in, and when I brought him to be neutered, I learned he was already fixed but did not have an ear tip. Unfortunately, the person who originally contacted me never followed up. Mac turned out to be far too friendly to return outdoors — he is definitely not feral. He’s a very loving boy, though on his own terms, and has a strong, dominant personality. Sadly, my own cats do not get along with him. One of them is very afraid of him, while the others tend to bully him. Because of this, Mac spends much of his time hiding, and I know he deserves a better quality of life. I truly believe he was once an indoor-outdoor cat who was either abandoned or left behind. I am also in the process of possibly relocating to Florida and will not be able to take him with me. I would be **forever grateful** if your rescue could help Mac find a s

Rhea is a graceful young lady, around 1 year old, who came to us alongside her friends Uso and Ortan. Like them, Rhea’s early life likely involved fending for herself, which has made her a bit cautious around people, but there's something incredibly endearing about her quiet, watchful nature. She tends to hang back and take everything in before deciding it's safe to engage. Rhea isn’t one to seek out attention right away, but with calm voices, gentle movements, and a consistent routine, she’s beginning to show signs of trust. Rhea would do best in a peaceful home with patient humans and older children who understand the value of going slow. Another friendly, well-adjusted cat could be just the companion she needs to help her continue to grow and feel more secure. Introducing Kira, a 9-year-old beauty with a big personality and an even bigger love for her feather toys and catnip. Unfortunately, Kira was surrendered to the shelter due to her owner no longer being able to care for her. Despite this, Kira has not let it hold her back, she is still full of spirit and sass. She’s the kind of cat who knows what she wants: attention on her terms, playtime with flair, and plenty of cozy naps in her favorite pineapple-shaped hidey bed. Kira is affectionate and loyal with her people, but she’s also not shy about telling you when she needs her “me time.” A true diva in the best way, she would love to be your one and only, but might be open to sharing her space with a fellow mellow cat who respects her need for independence. She’s currently on a special overweight food that’s working great for her health.
