Story
My pretty girl Mei is almost 3. I’ve had her since she was born June 23rd 2023. Mei Mei is energetic and sweet. She loves to lay under covers when she wants to cuddle and if you’re sleeping she’ll slightly paw at you to open them up. She’s a good loafer. She LOVES to play fetch she will bring the toy right to you. I’ve taught her how to sit and spin for treats. I’m living in a one bedroom apt and it’s just not enough space with the other babies I have. I just want her to have the best home possible. She deserves it. She’s a good girl . I don’t expect any money from the person who gets to have my baby Mei but I would love it if I can stay in contact. Maybe a visit here and there or the at the very least some pictures of how she’s doing please and thank you

Story
Meet Links! Links is an adorable gray tabby boy born in July who currently weighs about 5 lbs. When the zoomies are over, he’s just as happy being held and will reward you with a loud, happy purr. Links is a fun-loving, sweet kitten who enjoys both playtime and affection. He’s also litter box trained and ready to settle into a loving forever home. Story
Mochi was a rescue that I received from someone else. Her mother abandon her and that person took her in as a kitten. Once I got her she was very shy and very scared. Since then she has became a cuddle bug. She loves napping together and playing. I have a high energy 5 year old that I believe rattles her and she becomes unsettled. I would love for her to go to a good home.

Story
Me and my partner are currently working on moving and our baby can’t come with us, we’ve tried to get her to open up but she has so many walls up I’m not quite sure what to do with her but I don’t wanna take her to a shelter I think she deserves love and a home, She’s very antisocial and quiet and bipolar one second she’s rubbing on me and purring and the next she gets scared of any noise or move and runs away, I’m not sure what happened to her before me and my bf got her I take guesses but that’s all they are, but she’s been like this since and I can’t break her out her shell, I think she needs a lot of love and she’ll realize she has nothing to be afraid of, I’m gonna miss her but I believe she deserves better and me and my bf are too busy trying to give ourselves a life for each other that we don’t have the time to give her all the extra attention she needs. I love love love raven and I know someone else can too.

Story
Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue AFFECTIONATE, LIVELY, AND FULL OF CHARACTER Meow! My name is Stormy, and I’m a gorgeous, soft-furred sweetheart with a spirited streak and a heart full of love. My estimated birthday is February 18, 2020, and while I may be past the kitten stage, I bring the perfect blend of mellow affection and youthful playfulness. I’m the kind of cat who will make you feel like the center of my world. I’ll rub against your legs, gently bump my head into your hands, and curl up close just to be near you. When I’m especially happy, I’ll flop onto my side and roll over, inviting you to give me soft pets and scratch behind my ears. My love language? Gentle affection and quiet companionship Don’t let my calm demeanor fool you—I’ve got a playful side that lights up when a toy mouse appears. Give me a little space and a favorite toy, and I’ll come alive, batting, pouncing, and carrying it around like a proud hunter showing off her prize. I may be graceful, but I know how to have a good time! I do have a bit of a diva streak—if I get overstimulated, I might let you know with a swish of my tail or a sassy little swat. I’m not shy about setting boundaries, but I’m never mean-spirited. I simply ask that my future family listens to my cues and respects my need for a little personal space now and then. Once I trust you, I’ll be your most loyal and loving companion. Now let’s talk about something important: I am FELV+. Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) is a virus that affects cats’ immune systems. It is spread only between cats (not to people or other types of animals) through close contact like grooming, sharing bowls, or bite wounds. Because FeLV can weaken the immune system over time, FeLV+ kitties may be more prone to infections and need a little extra care. What does that mean for me? I should live indoors to stay safe and healthy. I should live with other FeLV+ cats or be the only cat in the home. I’ll need regular veterinary checkups to monitor my health. With good nutrition, low stress, and proper care, many FeLV+ cats live happy, comfortable lives for years.  Meet the #CatsOfGettysburg - Apply to adopt at bit.ly/AdoptFLR and we will help you find the purr-fect kitty for your family!  Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm.  All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many  that are not posted yet.  Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.  No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so).  We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.   We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year.  Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info. Story
April didn’t come crashing into someone’s life - she quietly showed up and asked to be let in.This beautiful 2-year-old girl was found on a balcony, as if she had chosen her spot carefully and decided, “This looks like someone who might be kind.” She wasn’t loud or demanding. Just hopeful. Friendly. Ready to connect. And that tells you everything you need to know about her heart.April is the kind of cat who already understands how to be a companion. She’s past the whirlwind kitten phase - no climbing your curtains at 2 a.m. or turning every object into a toy (well… maybe occasionally). Instead, she offers something people often don’t realize they’re missing: calm affection, steady companionship, and a personality that’s already beautifully formed.Adult cats like April are often overlooked, and that’s a shame - because they’re truly the hidden gems of the shelter world. What you see is what you get. Her friendly nature isn’t a guess; it’s proven. She’s already mastered the art of being a good housemate. She’s ready to settle in, bond deeply, and simply be with her person.Kittens are adorable, no doubt - but April is ready. Ready to love, ready to trust, and ready to finally have a home where she doesn’t have to go searching for kindness on someone’s balcony. If you’re looking for a companion who will meet you with gentle affection and a grateful heart every single day, April might just be exactly who you’ve been waiting for.
