Story
The two cats are about 4 years old. Both spayed and initial vaccinations. They spend time on a porch and inside the house. Our child had become severely allergic so we need to find a new home for the cats.

Story
Leo was a stray kitten, and I adopted him from a friend's family. He is a very sweet, friendly, and cuddly cat, but he developed a behavioral peeing issue when other cats are around. He is very good with our dog, and has stayed alone with her for weeks with no peeing issues. However once we introduced him to other cats, he began to pee on carpets. We love him, but he needs a home where there are no other cats which we're unable to provide him.

Story
Meet BK! This handsome young boy cat is the son of MK. :D No mom issues here, he's just a good influence on her and they do really well together so we'd love for them to be adopted together but it's not required. He would love another cat or cat friendly pup though. We do offer discounts for bonded pairs though. :) BK is all about the humans and even loves pups too! He walked right up to the pup in his foster home and immediately tried to rub noses. He's also met the other cats in the home without issue too. But that's not all! This boy cat has the highest pitched meow! :D He almost squeaks and it's pretty stinking cute. He is a talker and will talk to you while he walks pack and forth for pets until your arm falls off. He doesn't love being held for a long time but will get in your lap and hang out as long as it suits him. This sweet boy will take a couple days to warm up but when he does, his cute squeak will find you anywhere to ask for pets or especially at dinner time. He knows when it is time to eat. BK is litter box trained, loves chasing furry toys around, and will take treats out of your hand (very politely, of course). So please reach out if you might be interested in giving this amazing cat and/or his Mom a home. They've been in rescue for almost two years now and we have no idea why. They're sweet, friendly, fun cats. Our rescues are fostered in Southern foster homes and are posted for adoption once they are vetted and ready to travel. We adopt in AL & anywhere along our transport route to Rhode Island. All animals are altered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, & have a feline leukemia/combo test. All animals are microchipped & receive a interstate health certificate prior to transport. A discounted rate is giving towards bonded pair adoptions. Please reach out via this link today if you might be interested: dixiegirldogrescue.org/forms. ==================================== If interested in adopting one of our available pets, please fill out an application at http://www.dixiegirldogrescue.org/forms Our rescue are fostered in Alabama foster homes and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Story
Sophie is a 12 yr old gray/brown senior tabby, half bobtail. We’ve had her since she was a kitten. She is very independent and likes to go her own way. She has spent nearly all her days and nights outside. She comes in to eat twice a day and otherwise wants to be outside on her own in our fenced yard but she does not wander far. We get her inside in rough or cold weather. She likes to sit on our porch and watch the world. Her lifelong dream is to be a barn cat or spend as much time as she can outdoors. She is a good hunter of mice, rats, voles and moles. She would need acclimating and will let you know at first she does not like it. She uses litter and outdoors. She gets along with dogs and other cats basically ignoring them. We love her but at our age we are moving to senior living and can’t take her with us. She has regular vet checks, spayed, and is up to date on all vaccines, FEV neg, monthly flea and tick management. Please consider giving Sophie a loving home.
