Story
🐾 Meet Tigger & Arya — A Beautiful Bonded Pair Looking for a Quiet Forever Home 🐾 Tigger and Arya are a sweet bonded pair just over 2.5 years old who are searching for a calm and loving home together. These two were originally adopted through Oakbrook Cat Rescue as kittens but were recently returned due to personal circumstances unrelated to them. Now they’re ready for a second chance with a family who will give them the peaceful life they deserve. Both kitties are a bit shy when first meeting new people, especially Arya, but with a little patience they warm up quickly. Once they feel safe, their affectionate sides shine. They enjoy curling up in laps, soaking up gentle pets, and simply being close to their people. When they’re not cuddling, you’ll often find them sitting by the window watching the world go by. Birds, squirrels, and falling leaves are their favorite form of entertainment. When playtime rolls around, wand toys are their absolute favorite, and it’s always fun to watch them come out of their shells during play. Tigger and Arya would do best in a quiet, low-stress home where they can settle in at their own pace. They have generally done well around other cats, but they would likely be happiest in a home without young children or dogs. These two share a special bond and must be adopted together. If you’re looking for a pair of gentle, loving companions who will reward your patience with deep affection, Tigger and Arya may be the perfect match. ✨ Medical: • Spayed/neutered • Microchipped • FIV/FeLV tested • Up to date on vaccines • Flea treated and dewormed 💛 Bonded Pair Adoption Fee: $200

Story
This handsome 4-year-old black cat has come a long way in the seven months he’s been in foster care. When he first arrived, everything felt overwhelming—he spent his first few weeks perched on top of a dresser, just watching the world from a safe distance. With time, patience, and a steady routine, he’s grown into a confident cat who now roams the house and likes being part of daily life. He’s the kind of cat who picks his people. He may take a little time to warm up—and might even give a cautious hiss to new faces—but once he trusts you, he’s all in. He tends to bond especially closely with men and would love a home where he can be someone’s loyal sidekick. In his foster home, he does well with female cats but would prefer to be the only male. He’d do best in a calm, predictable home with someone who understands that trust takes time and lets him move at his own pace. He has been diagnosed with FIC, a stress-related urinary condition, so a stable, low-stress environment is really important for him. He’ll do best in a home where someone is around most of the time and doesn’t travel often, since changes in routine can be hard on him. The good news is that with consistency and care, he’s already made great progress. Once he feels safe, his sweet side really comes out. He loves stretching out in a sunny spot and is a big fan of belly rubs—when he’s in the mood. He’s also got a little personality and won’t hesitate to let you know when he’s missed you. If you’re looking for a loyal companion and are willing to give him the stability he needs, he’ll return it with affection, character, and plenty of cozy moments in the sun.

Story
Tuesday is a handsome 2.5-year-old tabby with a tender heart and a deep capacity for love. He was originally adopted as a kitten through Oakbrook Cat Rescue and, through no fault of his own, recently found his way back to us. Now he’s ready for a fresh start with a family who will cherish the wonderfully devoted companion he truly is. Tuesday is friendly, affectionate, and forms very strong bonds with his people. Once he chooses you, he becomes your constant sidekick — following you from room to room, climbing into your lap, and soaking up every bit of closeness he can get. He absolutely loves attention on his own terms and is happiest when he’s curled up nearby, purring softly and simply being with you. At heart, Tuesday is a sensitive soul. In busy or noisy homes, especially with very young children, he would do best in an adult only home or a home with calm older children. Since returning to rescue about a a few months ago, he’s been making steady (though gentle) progress as he settles in and rebuilds his confidence. With patience, reassurance, and plenty of love, he continues to blossom. He’s also playful and fun! Tuesday enjoys toys, catnip, and the occasional burst of zoomies when he hasn’t had enough playtime. After he feels secure, his affectionate and loyal personality truly shines. Tuesday would thrive in a quieter home with people who understand that trust takes time — and that the reward is a deeply devoted companion who loves with his whole heart. Tuesday’s adoption fee is $150. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, FIV/FeLV tested negative, flea treated, and dewormed. If you’re looking for a gentle, loving cat who will be your constant companion, Tuesday may be the perfect match. 💛
