Come meet Toonces. She is aptly named after the cat in an old SNL series. Toonces the Cat That Could Drive a Car. Toonces beleives that was a near relative.... they kinda look alike....I have not let her near my car keys.for fear she is the real Toonces in a new life span.... See Toonces take this all very seriously... she is a very active... has things to get done in a kitten kinda way. It is best that Toonces not go to a single cat home or to a first time cat owner. She needs another cat to drain off some of her energy. Toonces behaves well in the house. She uses her litter box and hasn`t destroyed anything. She is just constantly moving... investigating and looking for adventure. She is currently courting the foster family Great Dane. Tounces will in interviewing her new staff ( I mean family) at PetMart East until the positions are filled. She has had all the necessary vetting and she is ready for a forever home. NOODLES IS READY FOR ADOPTION !!! The road has been long for poor Noodles. She came to us with an issue with her eyes. Not a big problem; she had entropion. Her eyelashes were turned inward. Fixed that in a jiffy. Then she started limping. Old scar tissue from a bite wound had moved her patella (KneeCap) out of position, and it made her leg unstable. Because all of you are kind and generous, we were able to schedule surgery to make things right. 6 weeks and one surgery later, Dr Silbernagel says things are in very good order. On to solving the next problem... we need a forever home for this girl. She gets along with everyone and everything. She is so chill about all that she has gone through... cage rest for 6 weeks was not her favorite. But that is all behind us, and she is actively hoping that she can have a forever home soon.
