Story
Mercury is a 6 month old puppy who we believe may be a Plott Hound Mix. He is approximately 15 lbs, neutered, vaccinated, and vetted. This little guy was found roaming in the streets; precious baby almost got run over but we saved him in the nick of time! He’s a beautiful little guy and so happy to be in his temporary foster’s care! He is loving being fed and not having to scrounge for food or water. He’s also very happy to be out of the heat! Mercury gets along with other dogs and kids! He loves to run and play! He has a beaming personality and can’t wait to share it with you! He’s working on potty training since he has been off the streets but is a quick learner and we have no doubt he will understand in a short amount of time. He is very loving and eager to please. He can’t wait to find his FURever home! Please let us know if you would like to meet him!

Story
**** Please read adoption information carefully!!!**** Zsa Zsa is a special little girl! She is beautiful, with just the most strikingly gorgeous bridle pattern. She is very curious, athletic, affectionate and loving. Zsa Zsa is outgoing and confident. She is a lap dog. When not playing or investigating the yard, she prefers to snuggle and curl up next to or on top of you. ? Zsa Zsa is a well-adjusted puppy who has been hand raised. She has never shown any signs of aggression of any kind, including food aggression. All of the puppies are fed together, and typically choose to share three or four bowls. Zsa Zsa is used to playing and sleeping with the other dogs on the property. She is well socialized, both with humans and dogs. While I have never seen her interact with a cat, I have no reason to anticipate a problem. ************************************ ADOPTION INFORMATION ************************************ I only adopt LOCALLY; San Diego and immediate vicinity. Story
Meet Brownie - he was just saved from the shelter, a very scared little boy. Brownie appears to not know how to play and affection seems new to him. He appears to have been neglected, never having known what toys are and human affection is. He is currently in boarding while they work with Brownie to help him decompress and learn to trust. From there, he will need a loving foster home until his rescue finds him a permanent home who is willing to continue tp work with him to help him build confidence and trust. We know Brownie will get there, he just needs compassion and guidance to help him become a happy, trusting pup! If you are willing to help change the life of this shelter puppy, please reach out.

Story
This big boy is the sweetest, most loving dog I’ve ever met! It honestly breaks my heart that I am not in the position to keep him!! He is still kind of a puppy, but a pretty lazy one, he definitely needs a yard to be able to stress his long legs but he is not very hyper. Just has spurts of energy but then he’s done, he’s favorite pass time is snuggling on the couch! He’s super friendly with people, even good with kids and loves playing with all other dogs! He is crate trained and listens very well.

Story
We got Xara at the animal shelter when she was 10 months old. She was the quietest one in the shelter who was relaxing in her cot. She is 8 years old now and loves to sun bathe and cuddle all day. She isn't too active but loves to bounce around and play (especially with kids and boy dogs). She's not crate trained and has to be the only girl dog. She needs someone who is a big cuddler and has patience when she gets anxiety at the vet or gets super excited to go on a walk that she rolls on her back and wiggles her paws. She would be described as inviting, cuddly couch potato, relaxed, and investigator.

Story
The two photos show how her fur changes color in the Sun versus in the shade. Vivian is the biggest love bug you will ever meet, she adores affection and attention. She lived a very rough life on the streets and was written off by many other rescues as unfavorable because of her advanced abscesses and sexually transmitted cancer that she was facing. The recommendation was to euthanize her. Thankfully her advocate contacted us and with the help with our skilled veterinarian team we were able to save her! She is now ready to start the next chapter in her life cancer free!
