Story
Ada was part of a litter dumped at a rural shelter in Oklahoma. A wonderful foster agreed to take her and her sisters to safety. They are going to be able to start their lives in a home rather than a shelter! Ada has been wonderful so far! She is a calm girl who doesn't do a lot of barking so far. She has been great with a child as young as 5 years old, ignored the fosters cats and is great with other dogs. She is already learning to go potty outside and doing a stellar job for such a young little lady. All she needs is a family of her own to show her the ropes and make her the best family member she can be! Ada is currently in PA but she can be transported to an approved adopter at no cost. Bring this baby home today!

Story
Hi! I am Carly, people tell me I am smart and beautiful! I make my foster parents smile because I am so cute in how I talk when I am asking for something. I have taught them all my languages for my needs! I can sit and wait patiently to be petted, I know to lay down and stay on command. I love to give my toys to people when I play. I live with other dogs, and am ok with most dogs, but can't play too hard. I am housebroken and crate trained, however it makes me a bit worried when I am left alone, so my perfect home should have someone who works part time,or has a hybrid schedule. I would be safer in a 6 foot fence but they may consider other options, as I do love to take long walks. Being an investigative hound, I could not be expected to stay in an unfenced yard! Older kids would be best. DOB 10/21/19 60 PoundsI'm waiting for a home to call my own. email webmaster@petrefuge.com to learn more about me or fill out an application at https://www.petrefuge.com/adoptPet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. Story
Lillie is spayed! She is fully healthy! and microchipped! Lillie is living in a foster home. Fill out our quick adoption survey, and then we can set up a phone call or meet and greet with the foster! 💧: Reliably potty trained and lets you know when they need to go outside. 🏠 : Crate Trained: Comfortable spending time in a crate and settles easily. 🚶: Will benefit from continued training. Tends to bark/pull/jump on leash towards other dogs and/or people and will benefit from a calm neighborhood or a backyard. 🐶: Prefers to Have Friends Outside: Enjoys being the only pet in their home, but does well on parallel walks with dog friends outside the home. 😺: Unsure with Cats: Has not been tested with cats, so their compatibility is unknown. We would recommend a slow introduction with a way to separate the home for each pet. 🧒: Adults-Only Home Preferred: Feels most comfortable in a home without children. Lillie is a super sweet southern belle with the most adorable eyebrows east of the Mississippi! She is a piece of cake in the home and makes for a fantastic work from home friend! She loves a good belly rub and enjoys sunbathing outside whenever she gets the chance. Lillie is looking for a home that would love to give her ample pets and can let her explore the backyard to her heart's content. 🧬: Lillie has been DNA tested! Her genetic makeup includes: Catahoula Leopard Dog (54%), Plott Hound (18.7%), Redbone Coonhound (8.9%), American Foxhound (7.9%), American Pit Bull Terrier (5.9%), and English Foxhound (4.6%). 💰: Lillie’s adoption fee has been sponsored by a generous supporter! 🩷: Next steps: Email adopt@onetail.org with questions, or submit an application online and we'll be in touch to schedule a meeting: https://www.onetail.org/apply-to-adopt/. Our adoption application stays on file for one year and can apply to any dog in our program. Once the app is submitted you will receive an email within 48-72 hours. For additional questions, email adopt@onetail.org.
