Select the "Apply for Adoption" if you would like to adopt Hi, my name is Denver Rose and I am from Minnesota. This lovely brindle pup, Denver, is a true beauty. Her deep brown soulful eyes will melt your heart. Denver loves people, of all shapes and sizes, sometimes a bit too much. You may be the unlucky recipient of a minor shark bite from her nipping at fingers and toes! We are working on redirecting those behaviors. Slow introductions and monitoring should be done with smaller children as she gets a bit mouthy and jumpy with them (and sometimes adults). Denver finds cats very interesting and would like to know what they are about, so she'd do best in a home where her curiosity can't be tempted. She loves to play, loves to eat even more and it’s a hoot to give her new foods to try to see what she likes (who knew baked potatoes and cucumbers would be a hit!). She’s a hungry hippo for sure! Denver sleeps in a kennel all night long, keeps it clean and is potty trained (on a schedule). During the day, if kenneled, she protests a teeny tiny bit if she knows you are home. If you are gone, nap time for her and she’s settles right down. She’s super smart and loves treats, so training and improving behaviors should be a breeze, if she has longer stays and consistency in a home (rather than temp fosters). She LOVES squeak toys and bones and will play tug of war with you all day long. Denver is generally a quiet dog, hardly ever barks and just likes being near her people. I feel like she could be a good apartment dog, given proper exercise. She can be a strong puller on a leash. Denver will be a great addition to any family. She is a snuggle bug, cute and funny. I think she would be fine being a solo dog in a home. I’m not sure how she is with cats at all.

We have a 1 year old and another child on the way and although we have tried, we cannot provide a healthy household for both pet and child. Kirby is loyal and energetic. He loves walks, responds to commands, and is generally low maintenance. He would be perfect for an active, fun-loving household!

Stetson sleeps all night in his kennel and spends a few hours in it during the day with no issues or destructive behavior. He is house trained on a schedule and doing very well. He loves to wrestle and play with our bigger dog and enjoys tug games and having plenty of toys to chew on with his puppy teeth.
