If you have another dog, a meet-and-greet is recommended. To make an appointment to meet her complete the online adoption application at www.denisonanimalwelfaregroup.org/adopt $75 adoption fee includes spay surgery, age-appropriate vaccinations and microchip. She tested NEG for heartworms, has been treated for parasites and started on flea/tick/heartworm prevention.

Hello! I'm Clifford! I'm a 1 year old, 62 pound, male plott hound and retriever mix. I am a super sweet boy that loves meeting new people. I love to play with other dogs and would be great with another dog in the home. I already know how to "sit" and "lie down" so the rest of training should be a breeze. Please come to the shelter to play with me! Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. For information regarding the adoption process please visit our website or read the information below THANK YOU.ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second ChanceSPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet.ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.

Hi! I'm Hazel! I'm a 3-month-old, 17 Lb. (as of 04/17/2024), female, Plott Hound/Lab mix puppy. I was originally found on Hickory Creek Lane on 04/03/2024 and sadly never reclaimed. I am a sweet pup who is looking for a loving family to call my own. I have made a few puppy friends since coming to the shelter, but a meet and greet is encouraged if there are other dogs in the home. I love to play and love to nap! My adoption fee is $125. I am spayed, current on my rabies vaccination, 1st set of puppy boosters, 1st dewormer, and microchipped. Since I am so young, meet and greets are scheduled by approved application only. Please visit https://rockwalladoptions.com/adoptfoster/adoption-application/ to fill out an application and RAC staff will be in touch to set up a meet and greet with approved applicants!  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX.
