Story
I got Kuma as an 8 week old puppy from an accidental litter. Kuma is currently 6 months old, up to date on all vaccines until 2027 and neutered. Kuma desperately needs a home without male cats and kids older than 3 years old. Kuma is super sweet and loves to cuddle. He does have separation anxiety and car sickness which he is on medication for. Kuma will come with anything he could possibly need. I will even get him microchipped before he goes to his new home. I love this sweet boy and it kills me to do this but he deserves more than I am able to provide at this time.

🐾 **Meet Our Lap‑Loving Plot Hound Princess** If you’ve ever wished for a dog who thinks *you* are the whole world, this girl is ready to move right in and prove it. To her, your lap is the comfiest chair in the house, and your arms? Those are home. She melts into affection like she was made for it, and she’ll happily spend her days curled against you, soaking up every bit of love you offer. She’s a gentle soul who just needs a soft place to land — a home that understands her sensitive heart, gives her clear boundaries, and helps her feel safe and secure. With structure and kindness, she blossoms into the sweetest, most loyal companion. And don’t let her snuggle‑bug side fool you — this girl is *also* an adventure buddy in the making who loves to play and explore. Give her some good hiking days, a chance to explore the world with her nose, and she’ll light up with joy. She’s the perfect mix of cozy and outdoorsy. If you’re looking for a dog who will adore you, lean on you, and walk beside you through every trail and every quiet evening, she’s waiting with her whole heart.

Story
They are so cute! But, are you ready for a puppy?Remember, getting a puppy is a big responsibility. They can be a 10-to-15+ year commitment. They need to be trained to fit into your family including leash walking, housebreaking, basic commands and expectations. Training does not happen quickly. It takes time and consistency. They require initial and yearly vet exams and vaccinations. Socializing your puppy is also very important, as it can help them become comfortable around new animals, people, and environments. We ask that you take into consideration all of these things before deciding to adopt a puppy. Consider the following:Are you able to consistently train your puppy? Will everyone in your household work together to take care of the puppy? Are you prepared for your puppy to grow into a bigger dog?Are you willing to clean up the messes that your puppy will make? Are you ready for vet bills to keep up with their vaccinations and care? How are you going to socialize your puppy? Are other animals in your household able to tolerate a new puppy? If you’re ready to take on the responsibility and JOY of bringing home a new puppy, come out to the shelter and meet your new best friend!

Story
Meet Jack! This guy has a fun and energized personality that's sure to bring some new life into his new home! He's the perfect mix of energetic and lazy. Jack loves to go for long walks or adventures with his people, happy to whatever as long as he's with his people. He has done well with other dogs similar sized to him, but he can be a bit more energetic for older dogs who aren't as interested in playing. He does resource guard high value items (such as treats, food or anything seen as high value), so some extra perceptions around other dogs or young children is needed. Because of his guarding tendencies, he would do best in a home with older children who display a level of understanding around dogs. He is reported to be both crate trained and housebroken, making his transition into his new home just that much easier! If you're interested in meeting Jack, stop by the shelter today!

Remington is a curious little cuddle bug looking for his forever home! He loves exploring the outdoors, whether it’s going on long walks or simply sniffing around and discovering new smells. This sweet boy has plenty of energy and enjoys staying active, but his absolute favorite part of the day is winding down with his humans for some cozy couch time. You’ll often find him snuggled up watching episodes of Bluey right alongside you! Remington is incredibly loving, cuddly, and happiest when he’s close to his people. He would do best in a home with older kids who can understand and respect his personal space, especially when enjoying his favorite spots. If you’re looking for a sweet, adventurous companion who’s always ready for a walk and a cuddle, Remington might just be your perfect match!
