Story
Meet Oliver – The Gentle Giant with a Big Heart  Oliver is a handsome 10-year-old Great Dane/Pointer mix who weighs about 75 lbs. He’s a big boy with an even bigger heart! Oliver gets along wonderfully with dogs and kids of all ages, though he’s not a fan of cats. He’s currently polishing his skills — working on sit, stay, kennel, and no jumping, along with crate training and housebreaking. This smart, eager-to-please boy just wants to make his humans proud! Oliver’s story began when he and his 10 siblings were found in a box by a mailbox at only 10 days old. Most of his littermates found homes right away, but somehow Oliver was overlooked — and he’s been patiently waiting ever since for the family that’s meant to be his. Oliver has been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and is heartworm negative. Adoption Fee: $250 If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who’s full of life and affection, Oliver is ready to fill your home with joy — he’s waited long enough for his happily ever after! September 5, 2026, 6:07 pm

Story
Sandy has a unique look - unless you count her nearly identical sisters! These distinctive girls have ears the better to hear you with and tails that act like rudders when they run - and they are built to run, athletic and active. Intelligent and sensitive, the girls are overwhelmed at the confusing shelter and need time to understand new situations. Having been abandoned and on their own, they are just cautious like that. Sandy in particular has a big 'stranger danger bark,' but don't let that deter you. She is just asking you to slow your roll and take this friendship-building at her pace. Yummy smelly treats are on her 'yes' list! She is very loyal to her friends and looks to her people for support. She learns quick, knows sit and has good crate and leash manners. She has struggled to make new dog friends at the shelter, mainly because of the environment - she has been fine in less stressful situations. Story
Yeah yeah, he shares a name with that famous book dog. But unlike him, our Marley is past the puppy nonsense and already has his basic manners and play skills down pat (well...keeping it real...he can't catch worth anything!). But just like that other Marley, our boy is looking for that home that will stay true, through thick or thin, for better or worse.  Est DOB: May 2014  * Est weight: 60# * Breed unknown - guess based on looksMarch 7, 2026, 12:01 pm

Story
Lab/Hound mixes, Mavis, Maxine, Mayes, and Merlon form a sweet litter of pups! Three to four months old, in puppy pounds they weigh approximately 18 pounds whereas when mature their weights will probably be more like 45-50 pounds. These pups are adorable as is obvious when they play with kids and their canine pals. They even like their foster’s cat. Such good family dogs! (posted 9/28/26, TN) ' 'Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. Transport Fee: $170.00-- We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip.
