Story
Meet Louise! She is a little over 1 year old and we believe she is a Pointer, Lab and Terrier mix. Louise is an active, energetic girl working on her training and manners. She is playful with other dogs but still learning how to be calm on leash around them. She is housetrained in her current foster home. If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting Louise then fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today! We recommend completing the questionnaire and connecting with an adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps. Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption donation provides funding for Labs and More, a nonprofit organization which is supported solely by Volunteers and funded by donations. Good news is your adoption donation can be considered tax deductible. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog. We provide no guarantees regarding behavior, breed, or age of the dogs. Thank you for rescuing. Thank you for joining the Adoption Family with Labs and More Rescue. We are here to help you find a furry companion. You will find our quick and easy adoption application at www.labsandmore.org and click on Adopt. Story
How Godzilla Marie arrived: Godzilla Marie was brought in as a stray on 11/29/2025. Why Godzilla Marie is the one for you:Meet Godzilla Marie, a dog with a personality so big she is practically a Queen of the Monsters, the snuggle monsters, that is! Don't let the name fool you; the only thing she is looking to destroy is a bag of treats or a boring afternoon. She bonds with people almost instantly and is Godzilla-sized in her affection, often trying to climb into your lap for a massive cuddle session. While she may be deaf, she doesn't let that silence her spirit. She navigates the world with monstrous enthusiasm, responding beautifully to hand signals, body language, and most importantly, snacks. Her deafness actually gives her a superpower because she isn't bothered by loud city noises or barking neighbors, keeping her focus entirely on her favorite person. She can be somewhat high-energy and jumpy when she is excited to go for a walk, but she is easily redirected with a tasty treat or a fun toy. Once she is on the move, she is a force of nature who loves to sniff every leaf and greet every new friend. This playful girl is a total socialite and has shown colossal friendliness toward other dogs. She has done great on buddy walks and loves the city-smashing fun of a trip to the dog park. At home, she is already crate trained and is a legend at not getting into things she shouldn't. She is still working on her house-training skills, but with a consistent routine, she will be a pro in no time. She also has some fur loss on her back from old allergies, but she is already on the mend and ready to look as radiant as ever. Godzilla Marie is looking for a territory of her own, ideally an adult home or one with teens who can match her atomic energy levels. She thrives on play, structure, and plenty of monster hugs. If you are ready for a life-sized adventure with a dog who is larger than life, Godzilla Marie is ready to roar! When you come to meet her, please bring a sturdy leash and collar so you can take this joyful girl home and start your epic journey together. At SDHS:Godzilla Marie has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Black Weight: 49.625 Age: 2yrs 3mths 3wks

Story
Toby is a stunningly handsome senior love bug that is 12 years plus ( per the shelter records, but we find it hard to believe)  and is so deserving of his loving forever family. Toby weighs approximately 43 pounds of love & sweetness and he has pep in his step and loves going on long walks.  He is so happy and is in his element while walking to the park or walking on trails.  He’s a gem of a dog just wants to be around his loved ones.  He was rescued from a high kill shelter with a huge mass on his tail, and once he was rescued went straight to our vet to have major surgery, which removed his mass and part of his tail.  He’s healthy and feeling better than ever, and would love a home to live out the rest of his sweet life.  Toby is neutered, received a comprehensive fecal test, is microchipped, fully vaccinated and received his wellness exam.  He loves lounging on his dog bed, loves stuffed toys and his favorite treats are freeze dried liver treats. Tony rides great in the car, loves everyone he meets and  is packed and ready for fun walks and lots of new adventures with his loving forever family.  Please open your heart and home to this very deserving angel who we all love and adore If you're interested in adopting Toby, please fill out an application at www.doggiebonez.com. You can also check out our social media pages on Instagram (@Doggie_Bonez_Inc_) and Facebook (Doggie Bonez) to see more of Toby's cuteness. Our dog adoption fee, which includes vaccinations, fecal testing, wellness exams, microchipping, spaying, or neutering, is $500. If adoption isn't feasible, please consider fostering one of our pups. We are a volunteer-run non-profit dog rescue and always welcome new short or long-term doggie foster families. Doggie Bonez will provide you with everything you need, including dog food, a bed, toys, medical attention (if required), and more.
