Meet the Marvelous 6! ❤️🐾 These six chunky, fluffy babies are ready to find families of their own! Rescued from a rural shelter's euthanasia list, these puppies are getting their second chance at life, and now it's time for their happily ever after! At around 12 weeks old and already weighing about 20 lbs each, these are some BIG babies! 😍 We expect them to be 60–70 lbs or more when fully grown, so get ready for a whole lot of puppy love! Their breed mix is anyone's guess, but we're thinking there's probably some Labrador and Pointer in there. They have adorable spotted coats with lots of ticking and even rear dew claws. Whatever their mix, they're pretty darn cute! There are 4 girls and 2 boys, and each one is ready to find a family to call their own. All six are fixed, vaccinated, and microchipped. 📍 Located in Sarasota, FL 💰 Adoption fee: $350 🐶 We do not adopt siblings together. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply at www.love4pawsfl.org. Once approved, you can meet any of the puppies still available! Already have an application with us? Email info@love4pawsfl.org to have it pulled up. Let's get these marvelous babies into the loving homes they deserve! ❤️

Story
PLEASE READ THE ANIMAL’S PROFILE AND ALL NOTES BELOW BEFORE APPLYING! Hi, I’m Grimsby 🐾🧡 I’m a 1.5-year-old Black Mouth Cur mix with a gentle soul, a curious heart, and so much love to give 🧡 I’m a quiet, humble boy who’s still learning just how beautiful life can be. Every day is a new adventure for me—the sights, the sounds, and all the smells. I love car rides where I can sit and watch the world go by, and nothing makes me happier than a soft breeze and a cozy place to rest When I’m not exploring, you’ll usually find me snuggled up on a blanket I’ve carefully bunched up just right. I love gentle pets, quiet moments, and hearing that I’m a good boy. Once I bond with you, I’ll proudly stay right by your side as your loyal companion 🧡 I’m smart, eager to learn, and making great progress every day. I’m potty trained, crate trained, and leash trained, but I’m still building confidence—especially around loud noises and when I see other dogs on walks. I just need a patient person to guide me and help me keep growing I do best when I have structure, consistency, and daily exercise. Long morning and evening walks are my favorite way to burn off energy and feel my best My ideal home: 🧡 Active home committed to daily walks 🧡 A calm, patient adopter (retired or home often is a big plus) 🧡 A fenced yard for safe exploring 🧡 Older kids (10+) 🧡 No cats 💌 A word from my foster: “He’s an intelligent, gentle, quiet soul who just wants to be loved and guided. Once he trusts you, he will stay by your side and be the most loyal companion.” If you’re looking for a thoughtful, loyal, and loving best friend who will grow with you and stand by your side through everything… I might be your perfect match 🐾🧡 Adoption FEE: $450, which includes his neuter, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals. A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. Story
PLEASE READ THE ANIMAL’S PROFILE AND ALL NOTES BELOW BEFORE APPLYING! Hi, I’m Cookie Butter 🍪🐾 I’m a 1-year-old Chihuahua–Terrier mix with a soft heart, a shy personality, and a quiet curiosity about the world around me 💛 I may not open up right away, but I am watching, learning, and slowly figuring things out at my own pace. I’m the kind of girl who wants to trust—you just have to give me a little time and patience to get there. Once I start feeling safe, you’ll begin to see the sweet, gentle soul underneath my nervousness 🥹 Right now, I’m more comfortable observing than being handled, and I’m still building confidence in new situations like leash walking and new environments. I do recognize pee pads and am doing well with that, but I still have a lot to learn as I continue my journey. I can be a little unsure around cats and new experiences, and I definitely feel more secure in calm, structured environments. I do best when I have other dogs around me—they help show me that everything is okay and give me confidence to come out of my shell. My ideal home would be: * A patient, loving family who understands shy dogs * A calm environment with routine and structure * A home with another friendly dog sibling to help guide me * People who are willing to let me progress at my own pace I’m not the kind of dog who rushes into trust—but I am the kind who learns to love deeply once I finally get there 💛 With time, patience, and kindness, I know I can blossom into a loyal, gentle companion. I just need someone willing to believe in me while I learn how to believe in them 🐾 Adoption FEE: $500 which includes her spay, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals. Story
McNugget is a loving one-year-old hound mix ready for his forever home. Found as a severely emaciated and sick stray, he’s now healthy, fully vetted, and eager to snuggle with his new best friend. He’s young, active, and curious, and would benefit from an experienced owner to continue training, help him learn and respect boundaries and provide structure. With proper introductions, he loves other dogs and would thrive with a friendly, energetic companion. He’s especially affectionate with kids and would make a wonderful family dog or a loyal work-from-home buddy. Oh and he’s also a big fan of water, give him a splash zone and he’s a happy boy. McNugget is house trained, crate trained, and non-destructive, but his classic hound howl makes apartment living less ideal. He has a big, joyful personality and a smile that will make you laugh. He does have some hip weakness that isn’t recommended to be addressed surgically at this time. While he can still play and run, he’s not suited for long hikes and may develop stiffness or early arthritis, so a family that is committed to monitoring his mobility and giving him the extra care he may need as he ages is a must. Also, a home with minimal stairs would be best! McNugget can be nervous in large social settings and prefers the comfort of his home and familiar people. This boy deserves a family who sees him for everything he is—and everything he’s overcome. Apply to adopt at https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/LUVR/dog All of our adoptable rescues have a clean bill of health (unless otherwise stated), are spayed/neutered, vaccinated (age-appropriately), tested (FeLV/FIV for cats over 8 months of age, HW for dogs over 6 months of age), current on flea and heartworm prevention and microchipped. This is all included in their adoption fee that goes in as a donation to help us cover their medical costs and continue to help other animals in need. Any questions, concerns and suggestions, please feel free to contact us at ALDR@animalluvrs.org.
