LUCKILY, the fates (and some awesome rescue folks) aligned and saved me from certain death and brought me to a safe place where I can find a REAL family and a REAL home. My name is Lando and I am a white & tan pointer/hound. I am a neutered male and I am 10 months old. I am at the shelter because I was found as a stray on 04/12/2026. I am potty trained. I am a medium energy dog and I can live with an owner with no prior pet owning experience. The shelter staff is not sure if I am used to being crated during the day. The shelter staff are still learning how I walk on a leash. I would do well with simple obedience training to help us bond and for us to learn how to communicate with each other. I do not have a history of trying to escape the home or yard. I would like a standard height fence to help keep me inside the yard. I can be good with women, men, and children. I can be good with other dogs and I can be good with cats.

Hey there, I'm Bobby, and I wear my name with pride! You see, there was a time when my sister Blair and I roamed the neighborhood without an identity, just a couple of cute black and white pups searching for a place to belong. Thankfully, a kind-hearted lady spotted us and decided we deserved a chance, and she did just that - she saved us! I've got a soft spot for patience and persistence; they're qualities I admire in humans.
