We have gleaned many awesome dogs from near and far, of all ages, sizes and breeds who need homes. And we need to make room in our fosters and at our Adoption Center to get ready for the busy summer season.
Help us move dogs into loving homes!!!!

HOW TO MEET THIS ANIMAL: Come meet adoptable dogs every Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM - 4 PM at our Adoption Center located at 11116 Fairfax Station Rd. Fairfax Station, VA 22039. We can also schedule time to meet a specific dog at the Adoption Center during the week by appointment - just fill out the application and we will follow up with you!

ADOPTION FEE: $475. This fee INCLUDES spay/neuter and microchip. **Ask me about our many adoption benefits that include free exams, pet insurance, training and other discounts!

KNOWN WITH DOGS: Willa has been good with the dogs at the Homeward Trails Adoption Center.
KNOWN WITH CATS: We do not currently know how they are with cats. If that is needed, let us know and we'll work on getting that information!
KNOWN WITH KIDS: Unfortunately, we don't have any information on how Willa does with children

KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING AND/OR CRATING: Settles nicely in her crate at the center

ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Meet Willa, a charming canine companion looking for her forever home! Willa's journey brought her to us through no fault of her own; her previous family had to move and sadly couldn't bring her along. But Willa's spirits remain high as she eagerly awaits to shower her new family with love and loyalty.
This sweet girl comes with a clean bill of health and an open heart ready to embrace her new family members, including other dogs. While we're unsure about her compatibility with cats and children, her gentle nature and playful disposition suggest she could be a wonderful addition to any household.
Willa is a well-rounded pup with a knack for learning new tricks. She already knows commands like sit and down, and her leash skills are top-notch. Whether it's snuggling up for affection, enjoying tasty treats, or engaging in fun play sessions with toys, Willa is always up for a good time.
In her temporary stay, she's been adjusting well, demonstrating her ability to settle nicely in her crate and coexist peacefully in her new environment. With her endearing mix of pointer and beagle traits, Willa is sure to capture the hearts of those lucky enough to welcome her into their lives. If you're ready to open your home to a loving and playful companion, Willa might just be the perfect match for you!
