Story
Gunner is a sweet 9-pound rat terrier mix with a handsome white coat and an adorable black-and-tan face. He may be small, but he has plenty of personality—and he is happiest when he is right by his person’s side!
Gunner is a loyal, affectionate one-person dog who loves nothing more than curling up in your lap. He follows his person everywhere and is always ready to head out the door for an adventure. He knows his name, stays close to home, and doesn’t wander far.
Gunner loves walks, car rides, and playing fetch. In fact, he absolutely loves going in the car—every time the car door opens, Gunner thinks it’s an invitation and jumps right in! He is always ready to go wherever his person is headed.
He is also quite the little athlete and can jump surprisingly high, so his forever home will need to be mindful of his impressive jumping skills! He enjoys playing fetch, although he sometimes thinks the best part of the game is keeping the ball for himself.
Gunner gets along well with other dogs and has no problem sharing his space with canine friends. He also does well with a crate and goes in willingly. At night, he enjoys sleeping in the bedroom near
