Don’t let her age fool you - Kit Kat has the pep and sparkle of a dog half her age! In fact, Kit Kat has the energy of a 4 year old dog and is not ready to retire! She loves her walks, trots proudly on a leash, and knows her manners: sit, stay, stop - all mastered. She’s fully house-trained, gentle, and quiet in the home. Kit Kat adores other dogs and fits right in with a calm, friendly pack. She is a hound at heart, though squirrels, birds, and cats trigger her inner hunter, so a cat-free home would be ideal. In addition, the energy of young children can make this lovely lady a bit anxious, so a house without small children is recommended. When playtime’s over, Kit Kat is all about the cuddles. She’ll roll over for belly rubs faster than you can say “good girl,” and at night her favorite place in the world is curled up in the crook of your knee.
