Rafaela entered the San Diego Humane Society as a stray with a microchip. An owner came forward but due to the neglected condition in which she was found, Humane Law Enforcement convinced the owner to surrender Rafaela to their care. We welcomed this very sweet girl as a Frosted Face on June 9th. She is 10 years old, weighs 8 lbs., is super cuddly, and as you can see in the video, has lots of pep in her step!
