Looks like: Pomeranian mix Male, 1 year old (estimated), 6 pounds Some of you may have daydreamed about spending time with Fabio in the 80s. Well, now is your chance to have him in your life every day! Though they share a name, but not the flowing locks, this four-legged Fabio will melt your heart just as fast! Fabio can take a bit of time to warm up to new people, as he is shy at first, but then will be your loving snuggle companion! Fabio is a gentle fellow with other dogs, cats, and older children. He adores going for car rides just about as much as he loves his walks! When not out and about on the town, he is a total lap dog and enjoys burrowing in blankets and playing with toys at home. He's a loyal and well mannered boy who would love a quiet spot to land in. Fabio came to us almost hairless due to untreated allergies. He has come a long way in our care, but we are still working to resolve his allergy issues. At this time, Fabio is available to an adopter who is committed to working on his skin issues. Treatment involves a combination of Western and holistic therapies. Fabio was rescued from the euthanasia list at an Oakland shelter by Our Neighborhood Pet Project. They reached out to us for help getting Fabio's skin issues resolved and to help him find a forever home.

Looks like: Pomeranian/Papillon mix Male, 7 years old (estimated), 11 pounds Frisco is a frisky guy who greets you with full body tail wags and wiggles! He is a very happy and confident little fella who would love to go on a stroll around the neighborhood with you. He's bound to make friends with everyone you pass by! He's also perfectly content curling up for a nap in a cozy spot after play time. He gets along well with other dogs, but we aren't sure quite yet how he is with cats or kids. Frisco came to us from Hitchcock Road Animal Services so we could get his bad teeth all cleaned up and find him a forever home.

Looks like: Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix Female, 8 years old (estimated), 6 pounds Clover is the cutest little ball of fluff! She's so cute, we aren't even sure she's a real dog! She is a happy girl who will greet you with tail wags and body wiggles! She loves her people. In fact, her favorite place is right in your lap. Her second favorite place is out on a walk! She gets along well with other dogs when off leash in the house or yard, but she does seem to have some considerable reactivity when wishing to guard her favorite people. Her next home will need to be up for some training fun with their new family member. We aren't sure yet how she is with kiddos or cats. Little Clover came to us from Hitchcock Road Animal Services after they reached out to see if we could help her find a forever home.

His previous guardian spoke Spanish to him, so he is bilingual! Rex is a dog who is all smiles all of the time. He's such a happy-go-lucky dog! He brings a smile to everyone's face who meets him. Ready to add this loving guy to your home? He loves meeting new people in the hopes that he will get some more pets and cuddles. He enjoys meeting doggy friends out on a walk around the neighborhood or at a doggy play date. If you can't already tell, he's a real social butterfly! Rex gets along well with other dogs and children but we aren't sure how he is around kitties. Rex joined Peace of Mind because, sadly, his guardian recently passed away. He's looking for a loving forever home where he can continue making new friends!

Hi, I'm Enzo. As in Ferrari. Although I in no way resemble one, I like to think I'm quick, especially around mealtime. My top speed on a good day is about three miles per hour. If I could wear tennis shoes, I would be a real five-pound force of nature! I'm full grown, but since I'm still a young pup I like to run and play, so if you want me, at least one other dog in the home is required. Maybe not leading man material, but impressive just the same. If I were human, rather than Leo DeCaprio, I would be more of a bobble-head Joe Pesci. But these lips! Look out Mick Jagger, I'm coming for you. Yeah ladies, read 'em and weep. No fillers here. This muzzle is the real thing. I'll bring plenty of pizzazz to your life. Your days of bingeing on boring reruns of Blacklist are over. Watch me instead, I'm eminently more entertaining. I'll captivate you with my charms, gaze at you with my big Puss-in-Boots brown eyes, and you'll be smitten. Next thing you know we'll be cruising through Starbucks for daily puppucinos. I'll be sleeping on your bed and wearing designer sweaters. Fortunately, I've never seen the inside of a shelter and never will. It's been nothing but champagne wishes and caviar dreams for this canine Casanova. I'm ready and able to give slobbery kisses. These lips are made for smooching, so pucker up and let's go home. I'll steal your heart...and then your socks!
