Looks like: Pomeranian mix Female, 5 years old (estimated), 10 pounds Lovey is a sweet little fluff ball with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. This mellow girl is wonderfully easygoing and gets along great with other dogs, making her a lovely companion for a multi-dog home or a new best friend for your current pup. Lovey can be just a tiny bit shy when first meeting her, but she warms up quickly and soon shows her affectionate side, especially if you have treats. Once she feels comfortable, she's all about the cuddles and will happily soak up belly rubs any chance she gets. She also does well on walks and enjoys calmly strolling by your side. Little Lovey joined us from Santa Cruz County Animal Services after she was found as a stray. Due to her (nearing) senior status and the shelter's capacity, they felt she would do best with a rescue to find her forever home.

Looks like: Pomeranian mix Male, 12 years old (estimated), 15 pounds This fluffy boy scrambled down the rugged mountains just to climb right into your heart! He absolutely charms everyone with his soulful eyes and no one can resist petting his amazing mane. Yeti is as gentle, loving, and sweet as can be and he is the perfect snuggle buddy for cozy evenings and quiet mornings. Yeti moves through life at an easy pace. He is not much for long walks, but he definitely loves yard explorations, sunbathing, treats, belly rubs, and just being near his favorite people. He is great around other dogs as well as cats and even kids. This mellow gentleman is looking for a peaceful, loving home where he can enjoy his golden years surrounded by kindness, comfort, and plenty of snacks. He would prefer a house and a yard that he can easily navigate, without tricky steps or staircases. Yeti joined us from Contra Costa Animal Services. Due to his senior status and their constraints for space, they felt he would do best in a senior-focused rescue to find his forever family.

She is looking for someone who appreciates a mellow companion, enjoys quiet moments, and sees the beauty in a wise, seasoned soul. If you are hoping for a gentle best friend, Root Beer is ready to spend her golden years by your side. This adorable little fluff ball joined us from the San Jose Animal Care Center when they sought help with a much needed dental procedure.

Bestie came to POMDR after her guardian moved to assisted living and sadly couldn't bring her along. Now she's ready to be someone's loyal little shadow once again.
