Story
This 10–11 year old Pomeranian is looking for a loving home where he can spend his golden years exactly how he deserves: being spoiled, eating snacks, demanding pup cups in the drive thru, and staying glued directly to his favorite person at all times. Pickles absolutely adores his humans and fully believes personal space is optional. He is affectionate, hilarious, and full of tiny grumpy grandpa energy wrapped up in a fluffy little body. Pickles thrives in calm environments where he can relax and enjoy retirement in peace. He would do best in a home with older, respectful, dog-savvy children or in a home without children altogether. While he enjoys companionship, he appreciates boundaries and prefers housemates who understand that retirement means relaxing, not constant chaos. He is scared of large dogs but does well with smaller respectful dogs that leave him alone and mind their business. The same goes for cats. Pickles is perfectly happy to coexist as long as his roommates respect his space and do not annoy him for entertainment. If they cross the line, he has no problem expressing his opinions through dramatic old man complaints and hilarious little gremlin noises. Pickles does excellent in his kennel, even though he acts like being kenneled is the most tragic event to ever occur. He does wear a belly band in the home and settles into routines very well. This little guy is extremely food motivated and takes mealtime very seriously. He will spin in circles, make ridiculous gremlin sounds, and throw a full celebration the second snacks are involved. Some of his favorite things in life are pup cups, tortillas, bread, naps, and being babied. He also knows how to “sit,” mostly because he understands there is usually food involved. Pickles is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and microchipped. Located in Richmond, Kentucky.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi, My name is BooBoo.I am a miniature Pomeranian approximately 5 years old.  I am a puppy mill survivor.  The nice folks at Frankies Furry Friends thought I deserved a chance to live my best life and took me into foster care.  I am learning to trust people and be a good pet.  No one really petted me or interacted with me in the puppy mill, so I was very scared at first.  Little by little I am coming out of my shell.  I am playing with the other dogs at my foster Mom's home and so far, I am good with cats.I am potty pad trained!  I also discovered that being outdoors is WONDERFUL.  I still need to learn a lot and I hope to find a patient and love filled someone to be my special person.  Could you be BooBoo's dream come true?  If so, fill out an application and make plans to meet BooBoo.Adoption fee:  $300 to offset his vaccines/dental cleaning and neuter costsVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 3, 2026, 4:15 pm

Story
🚨❤️ From Urgent Plea to Safe and Loved — Meet Charlie ❤️🚨 Charlie’s story almost didn’t have a happy chapter… He was sitting in a holding facility in a rural area and was set to be euthanized once he transferred to the shelter, due to overcrowding at the shelter. An urgent plea went out… and our village answered. 💛 He made his way to a local vet where we received tough news — Charlie is heartworm positive. But if there’s one thing we know, it’s that this boy is worth fighting for 🐾 He has been in a loving foster home for the last couple of months, getting treated for his heartworms. In a few weeks he will finish his treatments, so he is looking for a new home where he can be the wonderful dog he is. And let us tell you… he is SO very sweet. The kind of dog that makes you wonder how he ever ended up in this situation in the first place 🥺 An update from his foster mom: Charlie has a second chance at life because a rescue stepped up… and I stepped in to foster. People ask me all the time why I do this. This is why. Without someone stepping in, Charlie would have lost his life. He was on the list. His time was running out and his days were becoming shorter and shorter. He was scared and confused. The family he thought loved him dropped him off and left him behind. Charlie had to learn how to trust and love again. And as you can see from these pictures… he’s done exactly that. ❤️ Now he’s my shadow, my cuddle bug, and proof that second chances truly matter. He’s a dog that got another chance because people chose to help. Please, please consider adoption before shopping. Shelters are overflowing with amazing dogs — big, small, mixed breeds, and even purebred dogs — all waiting for someone to see their worth. So many end up there through no fault of their own. Charlie is an 11-month-old Pomeranian looking for his forever family. 🐾 Fully potty trained (although he absolutely hates rain, so rainy days may come with an occasional accident 😅) 🐾 Crate trained 🐾 Leash trained 🐾 Loves dogs of all sizes 🐾 Loves kids of all ages 🐾 Playful when it’s time to play, but also happy to relax and cuddle Charlie would thrive as the only dog in a home or with a family that already has dogs — a true win-win. Charlie is an all-around amazing boy looking for his happy ending and a loving family to finally call his own. Email ftadopt@gmail.com to request an application or submit an inquiry on Adopt A Pet. If you don’t receive a response, please check your spam folder or call 859-744-7729. All rescues at FairyTails are fully ready to join your family! Our PETS come to you dewormed, fully vetted, spayed/neutered, dental exam, heart worm tested, flea/tick & heartworm monthly preventative, microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, bathed and professionally groomed! They are housed either in foster homes or in house at our facility in warm, spacious suites, with plenty of food, water, toys and attention.
