Meet Calista This beautiful 3-year-old Great Dane mix was found in the the Southern California desert a few weeks ago… and now she’s finally safe in foster. Since then, she’s shown us exactly who she is—sweet, gentle, and so deserving of love. Calista has a calm, easygoing personality. She gets along well with other dogs, especially mellow ones, and does great with both big and small pups. She’s not looking for chaos… just a soft place to land and someone to love her. We believe she may be a mix of Great Dane, Labrador, and possibly Husky—giving her that perfect blend of gentle giant and soulful companion. She does need medical attention for her right front leg, which she’s currently favoring. We’re working on getting her fully evaluated so she can feel her best. Right now, she’s safe in foster… but what she really needs is a forever home. Someone to show her that she’s finally where she belongs.
