Story
Neiko is a wonderful dog. A pure breed Siberian Husky who has been my loyal companion for many years. At around 80 pounds, he’s full of life and absolutely loves the outdoors—whether it’s playing in the snow, splashing in the water, or going on long walks. He’s very active and thrives with someone who can match his energy through regular exercise and playtime.Neiko enjoys camping, running freely, and engaging in playful back-and-forth. He’s quite the talker and will howl on occasion, sometimes it even sounds like he’s saying “I love you.” He’s affectionate, gives kisses, and knows commands like sit, shake, and fetch. He’s a high-energy dog who would do best with an equally active individual or family that can give him the attention and activity with a yard big enough to support his active needs.

Story
Hello, I am looking to rehome my dog, Aspen. He was rescued at one year old and is now five, turning six soon. Aspen is a loving, energetic, and charismatic dog who truly enjoys being around people and other dogs. He loves going to the dog park, long walks, hikes, playing, and attending doggy daycare. He is house-trained, up to date on all vaccinations, and enjoys cuddling and riding in the car. Aspen plays well with other dogs, including small dogs, but has been an only pet and has not lived with other animals or children. The reason I am seeking a new home for Aspen is that he requires a high level of attention and shows signs of separation anxiety when left alone for extended periods. As I am currently working and attending school, it has become difficult to provide him with the time and engagement he is used to and deserves. I believe it is in his best interest to find a loving, active home with an energetic family who enjoys outdoor activities.

Story
Xena is a lap dog to her core. She'll be petted as long as you'll let her, and sleeps flat on her back with your arm draped over her. She can be reserved with new people at first, but a little affection wins her over and then she's yours. She's 8 and knows her commands, though she doesn't always settle on the first ask. She's a barker, which makes her a good alarm dog. On walks she's energetic and gets frustrated at other dogs she can't reach, but she redirects well and a daily walk keeps her level. Two things to know:She is wary of children. Bad experiences years ago left a mark, and she has growled and snapped at the young child in our home. We have not been able to train it out. Empty nesters, or a home with teens and up, would be best. She is fine around other dogs but dominant and competitive for attention — she'd rather be the only one, or at least the clear favorite. Her coat needs regular grooming. She just wants a quiet home where she gets to be the center of attention.
