They didn’t come with their mama and we don’t have her photos or full breed history, but everyone here thinks they’re husky mixes — with a likely smaller-breed parent, because these pups are smaller than a typical husky.  They are energetic, playful, and silly — perfect for an active person or an active family who wants to add a handful of joy (and a little zoom-room energy) to their home.  About the litter  This litter is lovingly called The Ranks because each puppy was named after a military rank.  Personality & ideal home  Energy level: Medium–high. These pups love playtime, puzzles, learning, and running. Best fit: An active individual or family — someone who will give walk-and-play time daily, start basic training, and provide consistent socialization. A fenced yard and access to outings (walks, hikes, supervised playtime) will make them happiest.   Important Information for New Puppy Parents   Welcoming a new puppy into your home is an exciting and rewarding experience—but it also comes with important responsibilities. To help your puppy grow into a happy, confident, and well-adjusted adult dog, dedication to obedience training, socialization, and consistent potty training is essential.   We strongly recommend that the entire family participates in puppy training classes. This not only helps build a strong bond with your new pup but also ensures that everyone is using the same commands and techniques, creating a clear and consistent environment for learning.   **Puppies thrive with structure, patience, and positive reinforcement—and so do their families! Let’s set them up for a lifetime of love and success.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 24, 2025, 3:58 pm

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Loki — Pomski, 1 year old (Husky × Pomeranian)  Meet Loki! This handsome one-year-old Pomski (Husky × Pomeranian mix) is a playful, affectionate little bundle of energy who absolutely adores kids. He’s friendly with everyone he meets, gets along well with other dogs, and would thrive in an active family who can give him plenty of playtime, walks, and cuddles.  Quick facts  Breed: Pomski (Husky × Pomeranian mix) Age: 1 year Temperament: Playful, affectionate, kid-friendly, dog-social Training needs: Still needs work on potty training (consistent routine will help!) Ideal home: Active family or household with kids and another dog or regular doggy socialization  Personality & Behavior  Loki lights up around children — he’s gentle, patient, and loves to play. He’s outgoing with new people and is happiest when he has company and activities. He enjoys walks, toys that challenge his brain, and games in the yard. Because he’s intelligent and energetic, Loki responds best to consistent, positive training and daily mental + physical exercise.  Loki is working on potty training, so his new family should be prepared to provide structure, frequent outings, and positive reinforcement. Like many young dogs, he learns best in a predictable environment with regular potty opportunities.  Grooming & Coat Care (important for Pomski owners)  Pomskis typically inherit a double coat (a dense undercoat and a longer outer coat). That mix gives them a gorgeous fluffy look — but it does mean regular grooming is important to keep Loki comfortable and looking his best.  Routine at home  Brushing: Brush Loki 3–4 times per week; during seasonal shedding, daily brushing helps remove loose undercoat. Bathing: Every 6–8 weeks, or as needed. Trimming: Trim around paws, sanitary areas, and eyes as needed, but avoid shaving the double coat. Professional grooming: Every 8–12 weeks for tidy trimming and deshedding. Ears & nails: Check ears weekly; trim nails every 3–6 weeks. Dental care: Brush several times a week and offer dental chews.    Proper grooming keeps Loki comfortable, reduces shedding, and helps prevent matting or skin issues.  Training & Exercise  Exercise needs: Moderate–high. Daily walks and regular playtime. Training: Intelligent and eager to learn; responds well to treats, praise, and consistency. Potty training: Still in progress — he will benefit from a stable routine, patience, and frequent outdoor breaks. Good with kids & dogs: Wonderful with children and friendly with other dogs.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 21, 2025, 11:34 am
