Story
Lola Gracia is looking for her forever family. It is not easy to write this because Lola is a very special girl. We hope to find her a loving home where she will be cherished, included, and loved for the rest of her life. Lola is a 3-year-old Pomsky mix, born May 17, and weighs about 25 pounds. She is energetic, playful, affectionate, and full of personality. She loves being around people and is great with children and other animals. She will bring love, fun, and companionship to the right family. She is spayed, microchipped, house-trained, and crate-trained. She is up to date on her care, and we will provide her original shot records, rabies tag, and microchip information. Our priority is finding Lola a wonderful forever home, not simply a new home, so serious inquiries only, please. We would love to hear about you, your family, and the home you can offer Lola. If you think you might be Lola’s forever family, please reach out.

Story
Amos got to us after he had to go from the animal shelter to the vet clinic for an amputation. We don’t know why his front left leg was so damaged. We do know that the night of his surgery he managed to rip out all of his stitches and laid his head on the vet tech’s shoulder while getting wrapped for repair surgery the next morning. He is not quite a typical Husky as he’s very laid back. He doesn’t use his voice near as often as most Huskies although he does have a little growl in his conversational voice which isn’t nearly as off-putting as it might sound.Amos has great house manners, does fine on a leash, and would be a perfect go-everywhere boy for his family. He adores his humans and is very loving and outgoing. He is a social boy and meeting new people and animals is easy for him. He’s fine with cats and seems to ignore the livestock kids at his foster home.He is very engaged with his humans and loves to be as close when he doesn’t want to spend time watching the world go by from his perch on the porch. He will often ask to sleep outside but is willing to do what his human feels is best.Amos is fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, and current with flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

Story
Meet Robin! Robin is a handsome young Husky who is looking for a new family through no fault of his own. A change in his family’s lease means they are no longer able to keep him, and they are hoping to find him a loving home where he can continue being the wonderful companion they know and love. Born around December 2024, Robin is approximately 60 pounds and has a fantastic temperament. He has done well with dogs, cats, children, babies, strangers, and other animals, making him a great candidate for many different types of families. Robin is housebroken and crate trained and is comfortable spending time both inside the home and outside in the backyard. He is neutered, vaccinated, and has no known ongoing medical needs or history of biting. Robin’s family describes him as an amazing dog with a wonderful temperament. They would love nothing more than to see him safely settled into a home where he can be loved as part of the family. If you’re looking for a friendly, social pup who already has some great household manners, Robin may be the perfect addition to your family. ❤️ Complete and online application today at: Adoption Application - Legacy Humane SocietyWe do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program.
