Story
Hi there, My name is Momo and I can`t wait to meet you!I weigh ~50 lbs and am considered a `large breed` dog.I am a very smart dog! At the shelter I am practicing how to `sit`, `come`. Though Huskies are known to be both stubborn and intelligent.I am an affectionate lovebug. I love my people and the attention that they give to me. Though I also love to do my own thing as well.I am full of energy and I love to play! I tend to calm down more when the people around me stay calm. I do best when I have lots of exercise and something to keep my mind busy.My caregivers have noticed that I seem to do well with other large dogs. I am barrier reactive when meeting them, but once in the yard with them I calm down and do better. I do better with another calm dog that is willing to give me my own space and respect my boundries (a dog that knows doggy body language). When meeting dogs in a new home, I would do best with a slow introduction.I`m a Playgroup Pal! Ask the staff today about my interactions with other dogs at the shelter in our Playgroups.I am currently in a foster home. If you want to meet me please fill out a foster interest form! In my foster home I get along with men, women and children :)I am an adaptable dog who loves to go with the flow! I am outgoing and carefree, and I just can`t wait to find my forever home!

Story
Hi! My name is Casey and I am available for adoption.I was brought in by a good samaritan on December 6, 2025.I weigh 72.5lbs and am considered a `large breed` dog.I am very treat and toy motivated and will `sit` for them.I am full of energy and I love to play! I tend to calm down more when the people around me stay calm. I do best when I have lots of exercise and something to keep my mind busy. Due to that nature I would do best in a home with older children. My caregivers have noticed that I seem to do well with other large dogs. When meeting dogs in a new home, I would do best with a slow introduction.Due to my known history I CANNOT go to a home with cats or any other prey-like animal. My personality color is RED. I am a spirited dog with a fun-loving personality! I am still working on my manners, so I would do best with a family who is willing to work with me and help me become the best dog I can be!

Story
Hi there! I`m Rocky, and I`m very excited to meet you!I am a very fluffy Husky who is considered a large breed dog. I am very smart, very patient, and very excited to be around other humans and bigger dogs! My caregivers say I am very people-oriented and would do very well in a home that will let me stick by their side and be their adventure companion! I am full of energy and I love to play! I tend to calm down more when the people around me stay calm. I do best when I have lots of exercise and something to keep my mind busy. My caregivers have noticed that I seem to do well with other large dogs. When meeting dogs in a new home, I would do best with a slow introduction. I love to play chase, so a home with chickens, smaller children, or smaller animals isn`t the right fit for me! I may do okay with cats and with a very slow and careful introduction. I would do well in a house with kids above the age of 8! Because I am a Husky, I love to talk, especially when my humans leave me alone too long. I`m very excited to meet my new family and hope you`ll give me a chance! You can visit me at the Pet Adoption Center on weekdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The Pet Adoption Center is located at 21615 64th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032.Come and visit me today, I`d love to go home with you!
