Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 💙🐾 Meet Magnus — The Blue-Eyed Heart Thief 🐾💙 Male • 3 Months Old • Future Perfect Smaller-Medium Size If there were a contest for Most Likely to Cause Strangers to Stop and Say “WOW, look at those eyes!”, Magnus would win by a landslide. This handsome little guy sports the most stunning bright blue eyes, and trust us — once he looks up at you with that happy puppy grin, resistance is basically impossible. Magnus is a 3-month-old, loving-life puppy, which means his daily schedule currently includes exploring the world, wrestling with dog friends, chasing toys, discovering new smells, and performing the occasional high-speed zoomie demonstration just to keep life exciting. He’s a very social pup who absolutely loves other dogs and would be thrilled to have playmates for games of chase, backyard zoomie competitions, and general puppy silliness. If there’s fun happening, Magnus plans to be right in the middle of it. The great outdoors is also one of his favorite places. Sticks, leaves, grass, mysterious trail smells — Magnus believes they all deserve a thorough investigation. Because of his curious nature and energy, he’d be a fantastic addition to an active family that enjoys things like walks, hiking, camping, and backyard adventures. Magnus loves people too, but we do include the official puppy disclaimer: he still comes equipped with tiny puppy shark teeth and sharp little nails. They’re usually deployed during enthusiastic kisses, toy battles, or when he’s investigating whether shoelaces are secretly chew toys. Cats are currently unknown, but since Magnus is still so young, with proper introductions he should adjust just fine. Story
Shiloh is a husky/german shepherd mix, 8 years old, female and spayed. She’s fully vaccinated, in great health, and microchipped. Shiloh is house trained, including potty, kennel/crate, baths, etc. She’s great with people — loves adventures, walks, hiking, etc (not a lover of water but she’s not afraid). She knows basic voice commands and hand signals (sit, stay, lay, go). She’s very snuggly, LOVES kisses, very tactile. Behavior: Shiloh is great with people, has never had any issues of aggression toward them (though she will growl if you tell her to, she makes a good guard dog!). However, Shiloh cannot be homed with other animals in the house. She becomes aggressive with other dogs, especially smaller ones, and is violent with cats. We are unsure how she is with children — we got her when the youngest kid was 11 and she was great, but we have no idea about younger than that. We just want her to go to a good home. Shiloh is a wonderful, sweet, intelligent, humorous girl.
