It’s suspected Beverly experienced abuse before arriving there, so she can be wary of new people at first—but once she feels safe, her sweet and loving personality shines through. Beverly is searching for a calm, patient home that will give her the time she needs to trust and settle in. She would do best as the only dog, where she can soak up all the love and attention for herself. This beautiful girl has been through so much and is more than ready to know kindness, comfort, and a family to call her own. If you’re willing to let Beverly move at her own pace, she’ll reward you with a bond that is truly special.

Once he feels comfortable, he absolutely melts for attention—especially belly rubs, which are his favorite thing in the world.
