Story
Sawyer is a “Pocket Bully” born in September 2018 with a cleft lip, cleft palate, and spina bifida. He is currently eating and drinking safely on his own and we don’t believe his cleft lip/palate will require any surgical intervention. Sawyer will always need a little extra supervision to make sure he doesn’t eat anything dangerous for him, and will never be able to safely eat wet or goopy foods like canned food, peanut butter, yogurt, or any other liquids other than water. But otherwise he is expected to live a long, healthy life. The spina bifida causes Sawyer to be incontinent and to have some weakness in his back legs. He can walk and get around very well, but he will be in diapers for the rest of his life. He is a very happy, spunky pup and is friendly with humans and other dogs. He needs a committed home willing to give him the extra care he needs to thrive. Sawyer has been neutered, is current on vaccinations, has tested negative for heartworm and is also micro chipped. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hello, my name is Maevis. Despite what my name and scruffy appearance might suggest I am not a little old lady. I am an 11-month-old Boston terrier mix. I am a very spunky girl. My foster mom says I have the most adorable bunny- like ears which is fitting since I hop around like a bunny when I'm excited. I love my canine foster siblings and have enjoyed all the dogs I've met. I have heard that there are other pets called "cats" but I've never met one.    I currently weigh 25lbs and if I still have some growing to do, I could weigh around 35lbs when I'm fully grown. I am crate trained, although I don't always love it, and potty trained as long as I am kept on a schedule.    I can be a shy at first and am a little fearful of the world outside, but my foster mom has been working really hard to show me that the world and new people aren't always scary. Are you interested in a pup with training? Look no further, Rescue Rovers works very closely with a local training facility called Kudos to Canines and I am currently going to their confident canines' class to help me be the confident pup my foster mom knows that I am. I also graduated from the Bright beginnings class. I would love a home that would continue to help me grow through training.    If you would like to learn more about me and think I could be your new best friend apply to meet me at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplicationVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 16, 2025, 11:53 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Howdy! My name is Century - because I'm 100% cute, 100% cuddly, 100% good boy and 100% perfect.  I've had a DNA test done and I'm a mix of Boston Terrier and a few other things, including poodle, which does mean I shed a bit less than other dogs! My best physical feature is my ears. They are very expressive and tell you everything about how I'm feeling. My best personality feature is that I am quiet and loving. I'm going to be a medium sized dog. I currently weigh about 40lbs, and I am 1 year old, so basically full grown. I may put on another 5lbs or so as I fill out. I'm a complete snuggler and love hanging out while getting scratches and pets. I'm a polite dog who understands off the furniture and I sit and wait politely to be fed. I'm still learning sit and down, but I walk on lead willingly, am completely house trained, completely crate trained and am smart enough to learn anything you want to teach me. I am good with both dogs and kids. I love everyone. I would really thrive in a home with another dog to be my friend.  My perfect family would be active, patient because I'm a little shy when introduced to new things and willing to teach me to be the best boy I can be. I already have a great head start!
