Story
Meet Milo DOB: 4/21/2023 Weight: 10 lbs Breed: Pug Neutered (Fixed) Vaccinated Microchipped Healthy & Adoption-Ready Milo is a calm, easygoing little guy who brings a peaceful, loving presence wherever he goes. At three years old, he’s fully past the puppy stage and settled into his personality. He’s not looking for chaos—he’s looking for comfort, companionship, and a place to truly relax and belong. Personality Milo is chill, affectionate, and laid-back. He enjoys being around people but doesn’t demand constant activity. He’s happy to lounge, follow you from room to room, and simply be part of your day. He has a gentle, sweet nature that makes him an ideal companion for someone looking for a quieter, low-key dog. Breed Info As a Pug, Milo carries traits of: A loving, people-oriented personality A calm, companion-focused temperament A strong desire to be close to his family Pugs are known for being loyal, affectionate, and easy companions, making them a great fit for relaxed households. Ideal Home Milo would do best in a calm, stable home where he can enjoy a relaxed lifestyle. He’s a great match for someone looking for a low-maintenance companion who values connection over activity. Owner Responsibilities Milo will need regular but moderate exercise, such as short walks and light playtime. Due to his breed, it’s important to avoid overexertion, especially in warm climates. He will benefit from a consistent routine, a comfortable indoor environment, and regular attention. Pugs also require basic grooming, skin fold care, and monitoring for overheating. Like all dogs, Milo needs structure, companionship, and a lifelong commitment to his care and well-being. Things to Consider Pugs are a brachycephalic (short-nosed) breed, which means they can be sensitive to heat and humidity and may require extra care in warmer environments. Milo is best suited for an indoor lifestyle with access to cool, comfortable spaces. He thrives on companionship and should not be left alone for long periods. The 3-3-3 Rule 3 days to decompress 3 weeks to learn your routine 3 months to fully feel at home With patience and care, Milo will quickly settle into his new life. Veterinary Care Milo is fully vetted, but we recommend continuing care with your veterinarian for routine wellness exams, dental care, and preventative treatments. Due to his breed, regular monitoring of breathing, weight, and skin health is important, along with maintaining a healthy diet and exercise balance. Important Note Milo is an indoor family dog. He is not to be chained or left outside.
