Story
We love Grin's crooked smile  and his super-soft fur. Grin is about 8 years old and currently a bit over 16 pounds. He loves people and is super affectionate with his person; he loves to cuddle and would like a home where he is allowed in the family bed. That said, he is not needy and he is crate trained and will sleep quietly all night in his crate. &#226&#128&#139Grin seems like a cross between a Puggle (Pug/Beagle) and   another breed. He has some of the looks of a Puggle, but not all. Grin lives with 3 other dogs and is great with them. He plays well with his foster sisters and respects the senior dog in the house. He would do fine with other dogs, or as an only dog. He is house trained and knows how to use a dog door. Grin walks well on leash and is great on neighborhood walks where other dogs are also on leash. He will bark at off-leash dogs that run towards him, his foster is working on this and he is doing very well, but he would not at this time do well in off-leash dog parks. He is fine meeting new dogs in his home or their home, and has made friends with some dogs he has met on walks (the key is when their people give him treats). Grin would be fine in a home with older, dog-savvy kids. He is fine with visiting children. If you are looking for love,  Grin may be the guy you are looking for.   Grateful Dogs Rescue incurs substantial veterinary and other expenses in rescuing our dogs. In order to recoup some of these costs, we request a tax-deductible donation for each adoption. The suggested donation for Grin is $200. Joey: AKA Joey Jumping Bean, J Joe Jeans and his Jumping Beans..LOL!! Joey is 11 pounds of pure energy, ready to fly straight at you and bombard you with LOVE! Joey is always on the move and always down for anything. Joey absolutely loves to play with toys, people and other dogs! He's also happy to snuggle up in your lap or to snuggle side-by-side. Joey is approximately one years old! Joey is a good boy yet he is still very puppylike. He sometimes tries to explore places he shouldn't so secure fences a must. Joey sometimes thinks anything is a toy so you will want to puppy proof your pad. Joey is nearly 100% potty trained but since he sometimes marks, belly bands for the first few weeks and when visiting friends is a good idea.
