Meet Blu 💙 This 10-week-old French Bulldog boy is looking for a family who can look past his potential medical challenges and see the incredible little soul he truly is. Blu was born with spina bifida, a congenital condition where the spine doesn’t fully close during development. In some dogs, this can affect mobility or bladder/bowel control — but here’s the important part… ✨ It does NOT make him any less deserving of a life filled with love. ✨ Right now, Blu is: 🐶 Fully mobile (zoomies included 💨) 🐶 Happy, playful, and curious 🐶 Pottying independently 🐶 Living life just like any other puppy His back legs are a little wanky, but they’re getting stronger every single day. 💪💙 And honestly? He is the SWEETEST little pup ever. He does have a tiny dribble here and there… but hey, honestly, who doesn’t? 😉 Spina bifida can vary from dog to dog, and while he may need monitoring as he grows, his day-to-day life is currently not impacted. He’s thriving, learning, and soaking up every bit of love he can get. What Blu needs is a home that understands: ❤️ Different is not less ❤️ Perfect doesn’t mean flawless ❤️ Love sometimes comes with a little extra awareness Blu needs a committed and compassionate family willing to cheer him on every step of the way. Story
Spark is special I got him from a home when he was about five months old and he was being abused. When I got him I had to earn his trust for about a week.. he a nipper at first just because he doesn’t like to be reached for. He doesn’t bite or nip at new people when they come into our home but he does bark like he’s big.. he doesn’t like hats. He like to go on walks to potty never went in his own yard. Small kids aren’t an option because they are touchy and again he has to get to know you before that interaction. He’s a great dog and it’s killing me to have to re home him but at this point I have no option! I have no where to go with him because I have to move and can’t take him where I’m going

Story
We think the ideal home and person would be someone who is home most of the time, who loves to take him on a couple of (short) walks a day, who would like to take him for car rides to the park. Bo likes other dogs when he sees them - like when we take him out to pee/poop. He's not aggressive at all. When someone comes to the house he is protective, so we tell them to ignore him for a bit - not to try to pet him, etc... Pretty soon he's fine with whoever it is and will just go and lie down. He's very sweet. He does bark when someone comes to the door, which we like actually. We love the way he sometimes looks at us. He's very cute. Bo will lick his paws, especially if he doesn't have his medication (if we run out for a couple of days). He needs a lot of attention in that when we sit down to watch tv or something like that, he'll just stare at us. We think this is because he doesn't get a lot of exercise due to our busy lifestyle. He takes Zenrelia 15 mg Tablets for this.
