Story
Paisley is a sweet 7 year old dog with a lot of energy. She loves playing in the back yard, playing catch, chewing on bones, and being an expert snuggler. She is a precious, smart dog that will give a lot of love. She does have small dog syndrome around large dogs, but will easily adapt. She listens to you like she’s human herself and truly loves belly rubs and being under the covers. She is crate trained. She’s good off leash in her own yard and will mostly stick next to you elsewhere, however she will chase after squirrels and birds, and if a dog barks, she thinks they are playing with her and will run to them. She will love you without boundaries and make you laugh so much.

Dwight is a very joyful, happy, surprisingly athletic guy who is so ready for his next shot at being your buddy. He needed to come back to PAWS after his owner passed away, having spent nearly 10 years with her. Dwight has lived with another dog (who is also now at PAWS Atlanta, Chooch) and with children, and he’s good with both. He is house trained and was able to roam freely in his former home without any issues. When left alone, he plays and rests. He knows several commands, including sit, down and come. Dwight walks politely on leash although he sometimes feels compelled to bark at wildlife and the occasional jogger. Dwight has some beagle chattiness in him. So, his ideal home would be with someone who has a home where he can be free to express his thoughts and feelings. He’s described as smart, calm, confident, dependent, protective happy and cuddly.
