Story
I adopted Booger, a 3 year old Boston Terrier, from the local county animal shelter. Unfortunately it turns out she has special needs and I'm unable to take care of her properly with my schedule. I'm not sure what her story was before I adopted her since the shelter found her as a stray. She knows very basic commands (sit and 'come here') though she's highly treat motivated. She's potty trained, but does have the occassional accident if left for long hours. She is very friendly and absolutely loves people. She loves to play and really likes squeaky toys. She appears to be okay with other dogs, but I'm unsure about cats. She has some issues that were only discovered after her adoption. She has separation anxienty and does not do well at all if crated. She's had moderate success after being prescribed Trazodone. She often regurgitates her food, and so far we haven't found the cause. She will need an attentive owner with lots of time to take care of her special needs.

Story
Krissy 1.5 year old female Chihuahua/Terrier mix 11 lbs. Fully vetted Fenced yard required Meet sweet Krissy, AKA "Fuzzy". We are looking for a low traffic home for this girl. Initially shy around people she does not know, she warms up relatively quickly with patience especially if she is given treats or held. Food is the way to her heart. She loves playing with other dogs even long after they get tired of wrestling. As dogs do help her with confidence, we would like for there to be at least one pup friend in her home. We also require a fenced yard because being leashed scares her. She is crate trained and sees her crate as her safe space when overwhelmed. She came to us having been trained using puppy pads. She is doing very well with house training outside. She is still carried to the door because she gets sidetracked easily. In spite of having loads of energy, Krissy knows how to entertain herself. She is a big fan of hard chew bones and has a variety that she collects in one space. If interested in adopting her, please complete our application. http://tinyurl.com/mpmrapp Have questions?
