Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.PUDDIN' and her mother PEACHES are 2 pugs that were dumped early one morning at a local car dealership.  Luckily there were some employees who are dog lovers and took them in for a little while until I was able to pick them up. As usually we look for the flaws in a dog if it was intentionally dumped but very few times do we find any.  That certainly is the case with PUDDIN' & PEACHES, there is absolutely nothing wrong with them.  Each of them is very happy, PEACHES is the more social butterful and PUDDIN' is more reserved.  They love each other and love to be with each other although they do play and interact with the other foster dogs in the home. PUDDIN' is 9 months old and 14 pounds.  PEACHES is 3 years old and 13 pounds.  They both like to cuddle and get head rubs but PUDDIN' lays on her back to get a belly rub.  PUDDIN' is also the one with the slight underbite that makes her look just that more special. PEACHES & PUDDIN' do not need to be adopted together but they would be very happy dogs to have another dog in the home to play and cuddle with. They already walk well on a leash and ride in the car without getting sick.  And on the plus side they are not yeppers, no barking or whining, just running around playing and kind of submissive.  I would love for them to be adopted together but to separate them there would have to be another playful dog already in the home that is interested in one of them.  Neither of them would do well as an only dog. Their activity level is normal, nothing hyper but they do love to run around the backyard playing with each other and toys. Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.Get ready for some fun to come into your house and your heart.  DORY will add some joy and excitement in you as she is just a spit-fire with a little gip and dip in her dance!! DORY is 5 months old and weighs 8 pounds, for sure she will remain a small breed dog as she only weighed 1.8 pounds at 3 months when I got her.  She is a Chihuahua mix and we are not sure what she is mixed with.  She had a bent front right wrist when I got her and the vet said it was some sort of trauma that happened to her.  DORY wore a splint for 3 weeks to straighten it out and there is no further medical needed as the wrist is healed.  She uses it while running around playing but still sometimes runs without putting the paw down.  There is NOTHING wrong with her wrist and she does NOT need medical attention.  Just being clear as to why she seems to have a limp. DORY loves wrestling and running and playing with all of the dogs in the house.  If you are her size, she has a good time rolling around and just playing tag with the other dog.  If there is a bigger dog in the house, expect DORY to crawl all over the dog, give kisses and just be a pretty pest in the best way possible. She is very smart and watches everything that is going on.  She understands completely what she should and should not be doing.  Currently there are lots of toys in the house and she has not shown a need to chew on personal items but she loves to chew on bully sticks and other hard chew toys. DORY would do best in a home with a pet playmate and not as a single dog as she will get bored and lonely. Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.This pretty little girl is LUNA, a 9 month old, 12 pound chi-weenie.  She is a Chihuahua/Dachshund mix and very social and happy.  She is happy to meet people and gets along with all of the dogs.  LUNA plays very well with the other foster dogs big and small but still likes to be a lap dog and snuggle with you. LUNA would do best in a home with a pet companion as she really does enjoy the company of another dog.  Her energy level is average but may be too much as an only dog. She is crate and potty trained.  Because there are several dogs in the home, LUNA is crated when left alone but has the run of the house while there is an adult present.  She comes alive with little kids, she loves to play with them.
