Story
Toby is a purebred AKC registered beagle who will be 5 years old in Oct 2025. He has quite a bit of energy and likes to be a shadow to his family, always close by. He loves going for long walks and playing in the yard/snow. He has not been around other dogs in a few years, but did well around them when he was younger, simply showing little interest in them and keeping to himself. He is not great around young children as he has always been skittish with quick movements and loud noises, this has prompted our search for a new home as we have a young son and another child coming. He has never been around cats nor seen one but was raised in a house with rabbits and has never presented an issue despite beagles being rabbit hunting dogs, so he may adapt to a cat. Toby’s only special needs are lots of attention and he has a food allergy requiring a special kibble and once daily allergy pill.
