Story
Personality & Background Introducing Shadow! A young male pug who takes his job of being your Shadow with utmost seriousness. He was rescued from severe neglect by a kind family who could not keep him due to a no pet policy, they did the next best thing and brought him to Buffalo Pug. Shadow is an instant velcro dog, he wants nothing more than to be where you are and involved with everything you are doing. He can be quite vocal as he adjusts to his surroundings, though he settles quickly once he learns the routine and happenings of the household. Daily Routine & Training Shadow loves a daily walk, he does well on leash and appoints himself neighborhood Sniffspecter. He is doing great with his housebreaking and has no accidents when kept on a schedule. He is very responsive to his name and this has impressed his foster mom as pugs can be stubborn. Shadow is currently eating Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach twice a day and he finds the food tasty. He is currently wearing belly bands due to marking behavior though that is expected to improve after his neuter (scheduled for 6/2). Companion Compatibility Shadow is currently being fostered with two other pugs and a cat. He loves other dogs and engages in play often and is learning to take corrections. He can get a little vocal while playing when he gets too excited or is surprised by a toy and it's important to note Shadow is not an aggressive dog. He is doing very well with the resident cat and only gives chase when the cat won't leave him alone. Ideal Home Shadow would do best in a home that would allow him to be involved in everything and show him patience while he adjusts to his surroundings. He thrives on a consistent routine and reassurance that he is home for good. A home with a fully fenced in yard is preferred as Shadow likes to be busy when he's outside. Story
We adopted Carlos when he was 6 weeks old and he is now 3. He was professionally trained on an e-collar in 2025 and has been a work in progress since. Carlos is your typical snuggle pug who loves and needs your attention and will follow you everywhere you go. His favorite hobby is eating. He snores loud and barks louder. He is the most adorable in the early morning when he rolls over for a belly scratch. He also has a split personality and can be very untruthworthy when nervous or scared. He has nipped friends and family in times of high anxiety. We have taken time to doggy daycare and long stays, he has always done well. We first adopted his brother who shares the same parents, from a different litter. They both fight for dominance and Carlos has been digressing with his training and we are no longer able to welcome guests to our home due to his territorial behavior. We feel he would thrive in an environment with no other animals and no small children until trust is built.

Story
Primrose, Princeton and Percival's mom was abandoned at a home when her previous owners moved out. She was left out on a chain to fend for herself. Luckily the neighbors realized she had been left behind and took her in. She was in horrible physical condition and pregnant by to neighborhood stray (a black lab) that would jump the fence when she was in heat. It was reported by the neighbors that these 2 had had multiple litters together but none of the puppies ever survived. The neighbors children fell in love with mom and they are keeping her but needed help rehoming her very last litter (we assisted in getting her spayed). These pups are the most laid back and chill group I have ever seen.
