Hi everyone! My name is Dash! I’m a petite little guy that looks like a beagle mix, maybe? Take a guess! Although I’m just over a year old, I’m a very chill dude. I came to a shelter in southern Ohio in September when my family’s house burned down and they had to move. I had spent so many months there before coming to a foster home! Each day I learn more and more about how wonderful the world is and that it’s not so scary! I’m a little shy at first but just sit with me for a few minutes and I’ll be snuggled up to your side in no time! I’m good with kids, other dogs, and cats! I’m learning about toys and absolutely love laying on the couch and watching tv with you! I do pretty well on a leash and know to go potty outside! My father passed away a few months ago and I’m looking to find an amazing home for his dog. His name is Raleigh, he will be 5 in June! He is a beagle/hound mixed cutie and about 60lbs. (Yes I LOVE this dog and would take him if I physically could ❤️). He has medical needs (epilepsy) that is well controlled with meds (no seizures since July)… but does require someone that’s available to administer meds at certain times throughout the day. He’s amazing with other dogs, loves to cuddle, and clings to his people. TBD on cats, I don’t know if he’s been test but he’s submissive enough my guess would be he would do great.
