Story
Meet Raptor, the puppy who likes to pretend he’s the cool, calm, collected member of the group… until you get him one-on-one. Around the other puppies, Raptor acts like the laid-back observer. But the moment he has you to himself? Surprise! The chill guy disappears and the attention-loving goofball comes out. If you stop petting him, he will absolutely let you know about it. Raptor believes attention should be continuous and uninterrupted. His favorite hobby is shoe sabotage. Raptor specializes in sneaking up while you're standing there minding your business and carefully untying your shoelaces. It’s a very important job and he takes it seriously. Raptor gets along well with his siblings and lives with four adult dogs and four cats. The dogs are cool with him, and he would very much like to be friends with the cats… but the cats have not yet approved his application. If you're looking for a puppy who is equal parts chill, silly, affectionate, and mildly mischievous, Raptor is ready to keep you entertained. Local adoption fee is $250(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Meet Wilbur, the puppy equivalent of the middle child who somehow keeps the whole household running smoothly. While his siblings are busy competing for titles like Boss of the Litter, Prison Break Specialist, and Professional Shoelace Saboteur, Wilbur has taken on the role of peacekeeper and all-around good boy. He’s playful without being wild, confident without being bossy, and chill without being boring. Basically, Wilbur has mastered the art of going with the flow no matter what the rest of the puppy crew is up to. Wilbur enjoys playing with his siblings, hanging out with the other dogs in the house, and being part of the action without needing to be the center of attention. He currently lives with four adult dogs and four cats, so he’s already getting lots of practice sharing space with a full house. If you’re looking for a puppy who is friendly, adaptable, and happy to join whatever adventure the day brings, Wilbur might just be your perfect match. Story
Meet Knox, the playful little guy who proudly serves as Vice President of Puppy Shenanigans. While his sister Dot may run the gang, Knox is right behind her making sure the fun never stops. He’s a happy, affectionate pup who loves attention and is not afraid to tell you exactly what’s on his mind. Got a thought? Knox has one too. Probably several. Knox’s most impressive talent is his ongoing attempt to escape Mount Puppy Pen, a daring climbing challenge he approaches with the determination of a tiny Alcatraz escape artist. Security improvements are currently under review. He’s playful, social, and enjoys wrestling with his siblings and the other dogs in the house. Knox also lives with cats and would probably love to be friends… if they’d stop giving him the cold shoulder. If you're looking for a puppy who is fun, expressive, affectionate, and slightly convinced he's part mountain goat, Knox might be your guy. Local adoption fee is $250(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Meet Fawn! Fawn is a sweet and gentle 7–8 year old Vizsla/Rat Terrier mix weighing about 24–25 pounds. This lovely girl has wonderful manners and an affectionate personality that makes her an easy companion to love. Fawn is both house-trained and crate-trained, and she enjoys the simple things in life — a nice walk outside followed by relaxing indoors right by your side. She’s always happy to head out for a stroll, but she’s just as content curling up and keeping you company while you unwind. Her temperament is friendly, calm, and affectionate. Fawn gets along well with other dogs and is naturally gentle, though she won’t let herself be pushed around if another dog gets bossy. She would thrive best in a calm home with adults or teenagers rather than young children. Like many dogs, Fawn can get nervous during storms, so a home where she can feel safe and comforted during thunder and bad weather would be ideal. Fawn could be the perfect companion for a single person or a quiet adult household looking for a loyal, loving dog who thrives on companionship and one-on-one attention. If you're looking for a low-maintenance, sweet, and devoted friend, Fawn may be the perfect match for you. She’s ready to find her forever home and someone to share all of life’s cozy moments with. Fawn's Adoption fee is $300.00March 7, 2026, 10:05 pm

Story
Name:  Daisy Age: Spunky Senior Weight: 14 lbs Adoption Fee: $250.00 Good with Dogs?  Yes, but bossy so she’d be best as an only dog.  Good with cats?  She can be bossy with them so it’s best she doesn’t live with them. She can be around them safely for short visits.    Miss Daisy aka Daisy Dukes or Dukes, is  looking for her forever home.    She’s a spunky senior Rat Terrier with lots of life and  love left to give. Daisy loves people and she’d be a  perfect fit for someone who is retired but still active, or someone who works from home, enjoys daily walks  and would like to have a companion to join them. If  she gets to be a lap dog, even better. In a perfect  world, she’ll be showered with all of the attention and  not have to share it with other pets.    She is crate trained but, in all honesty, she doesn’t  love it. Daisy is fine being left loose in the home when  no one is there but she’s currently crated in her foster  home as she does tend to be a little bossy with the  other dogs at times.    Daisy likes meeting new people and enjoys car rides,  so if you like to go camping or travel around in an RV,  she’d be a great companion for you.    While she is an older girl, you wouldn’t know it by the  way she acts. She’s had a senior blood panel done  (she looks great!), a dental, she’s spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested  and micro chipped.    Don’t miss out on a wonderful new companion and get  your applications in now.    Adoption Process: Step 1:     Complete a "no obligation" application located on our website at pawprintsnky.com under the applications tab. Step 2:     PawPrints will review the application, verifying Vet and personal references as well as landlord requirements/restrictions (if applicable) Step 3:     IF your application is approved, we will call you to schedule a meet and greet for you to meet the pet. &#226&#128&#139Step 4:    If the meet and greet goes well, we will schedule the home visit.          November 14, 2024, 10:20 am
