APPLICATION LINK: https://shaynesrescue.com/adoption-application-pet-central-satx/ We must have an application to move forward. (Shayne's Rescue is an affiliate with PetCentralSATX). If there are problems with the website, please email me for help. DAFNEY is a very sweet 6 mo old female puppy. My breed scanner app on my phone says that she is possibly Redbone Coonhound and Beagle mix. Whatever she is, she’s very sweet and happy. Currently weighing 25#...So, I suspect she will get to be 40#...best guess. She is living in my house (not an outside kennel); is kenneled at night (doesn’t mess in her kennel); we're working on house training; leaves my 4 cats alone; and loves all the dogs she has available to play with…about 10 of them. She will be a definite asset to someone’s home and family. Kids will love her. This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention. If you have any questions or would like an e-mail from us as to how all of this works, text me (Terry); identify the dog's name and give me your email address... 210-394-6060. You can also go to our Facebook page... https://www.facebook.com/Pet-Central-SATX-866684826744181/ and LIKE us to help us out. After we review your application, we will contact you, and you'll have the opportunity to find out more from the rescue. If you experience any issues filling out the application you can contact us directly at petcentralsatx@gmail.com. This is ONLY if you have problems applying. If you have not applied, you will not receive a response so please only email if you have any issues applying. Adoption Fees The adoption fee includes transportation to the NE. All pups and dogs are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, have a negative heart worm test for all dogs over 6 months at time of transport, have a health certificate, and have all age-appropriate vaccinations. Some dogs/pups have additional medical, including but not limited to FHO, ACL, hernias, dental, and other vetting. All medical records will be provided to the adopter at the time they pick up their dog. This is a post on behalf of Pet Central SATX Rescue, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets. We have hundreds of puppies/dogs available so there really is no need to apply anywhere else. Also, one application is good even if you are interested in several different dogs...one application no matter which one you choose. Thank you for choosing to adopt a rescue pup/dog. We firmly believe there is NO breed other than "rescue" for all species. Thank you for being part of the village it takes to save these precious lives.

EJ is a fun, young hound. He needs someone active, with a big outdoor life that will take him on adventures. He is affectionate and loyal to those who show him love. He would prefer to be the only dog as he doesn't like to share. He is not good with cats or other smaller animals or small people. He really wants to be a working dog.   For more info about EJ and our adoption process please enclose your phone number with your inquiry or call Jacki at 941-587-4612. November 2, 2024, 2:03 pm

Story
Meet Garbanzo Bean!  This 2.5-year-old, 45 lb mixed breed beauty is smart, goofy, and full of curiosity. She’s a pro at fetch, loves chasing bugs (and catching them!), and thrives when given a job to do—definitely some working dog energy here!    Garbanzo would do best in an active home without young children or any other household pups. She has a few quirks, but don’t let that scare you away—what she needs is a calm, confident leader who’s ready to bring out her best self. With the right training and environment, she’ll be your most loyal sidekick and proudest accomplishment.    Ready to give this amazing girl the forever home she deserves? Story
Clyde is a 7 month old male Redbone Hound mix who weighs around 70 lbs. We think he could be mixed with Bloodhound or definitely some Mastiff. Clyde was rescued with his mom and siblings from a bad living situation when they were babies. This big, beautiful boy is just absolutely adorable and so sweet! Who can resist that big, wrinkled forehead and those begging eyes. He loves to play but there is a gentleness even in his play. Clyde loves people including children and other dogs. We are not sure about cats though. Clyde is neutered, fully vetted and microchipped. Our pups come with one month of free pet insurance when you adopt. If you’re interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website at https://packleadersrescue.com/adoption-application/
